Abstract

Gedung SD Muhammadiyah 26 terletak di jalan KH.Ahmad Dahlan II , Surabaya dengan kondisi tanah sedang. Dalam analisis perhitungannya digunakan frame 3 dimensi. Untuk perhitungan beban gempa rencana menggunakan metode analisis respons statik ekuivalen. Peraturan yang digunakan yaitu standar desain yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kota Surabaya termasuk dalam zona gempa 2, akan tetapi dalam Proyek Akhir ini akan diperhitungkan sebagai zona gempa 3. Sehingga analisis strukturnya menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Struktur utama pada gedung (balok ,sloof kolom, dan pondasi) dan komponen sekundernya (pelat dan tangga) menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Pada atap menggunakan struktur rangka baja ringan atau galvalum (rangka batang) dengan model atap pelana. Struktur bawah, poer dan sloof dari bahan beton bertulang. The SD Muhammadiyah 26 building is located on Jalan KH.Ahmad Dahlan II, Surabaya with medium soil conditions. In the calculation analysis, a 3-dimensional frame is used. To calculate the planned earthquake load using the equivalent static response analysis method. The regulations used are design standards that apply in Indonesia.
