Abstract
Pembangunan pelabuhan di wilayah Indonesia yang merupakan sub-sektor perhubungan dibidang kelautan dilaksanakan dalam rangka menunjang transportasi penumpang dan barang baik dalam bentuk petikemas, general-cargo, serta penyediaan sistem transportasi yang berupa pelayaran perintis , pelayaran lokal maupun pelayaran rakyat. Kecenderungan Perkembangan kegiatan bongkar muat barang dan penumpang di Pelabuhan Wani saat ini menunjukan adanya kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, sedangkan fasilitas dermaga yang ada di Pelabuhan Wani sudah tidak mampu menampung jumlah kapal yang akan bersandar. Gejala ini terlihat dengan adanya sejumlah kapal yang menunggu bongkar barang muatan, dimana kapal tersebut akan menunggu giliran di samping kapal yang sedang melakukan bongkar muatan. Selain itu kadangkala untuk menampung kapal yang akan bersandar terpaksa dilakukan cara bersandar hanya dengan setengah panjang kapal sehingga di dermaga dapat menampung jumlah kapal yang lebih banyak. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas, maka akan direncanakan pembangunan dermaga Pelabuhan Wani yang memenuhi persyaratan teknis yakni mampu menahan beban-beban yang terjadi ( beban vertikal dan horisontal) dan memiliki daya layan (service ability), harapannya hasil perencanaan ini dapat menjawab/ mengatasi permasalahan yang ada yaitu kemampuan struktur dermaga sesuai dengan manfaat dari dermaga tersebut

The development of ports in Indonesia, which is a sub-sector of maritime transportation, is carried out in order to support the transportation of passengers and goods in the form of containers, general cargo, as well as providing transportation systems in the form of pioneer shipping, local shipping and people's shipping. The current trend in the development of loading and unloading activities for goods and passengers at Wani Port shows a significant increase, while the existing dock facilities at Wani Port are no longer able to accommodate the number of ships that will dock. This symptom can be seen in the presence of a number of ships waiting to unload their cargo, where the ship will wait its turn next to the ship that is unloading its cargo. Apart from that, sometimes to accommodate ships that are going to be berthed, they are forced to berth with only half the length of the ship so that the dock can accommodate a larger number of ships. To overcome the above problems, it will be planned to build a Wani Port pier that meets the technical requirements, namely being able to withstand the loads that occur (vertical and horizontal loads) and has service capacity. It is hoped that the results of this planning can answer/overcome existing problems. namely the capability of the pier structure in accordance with the benefits of the pier
