Abstract

Pengukuran waktu kerja merupakan suatu usaha untuk menentukan lamanya waktu kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang karyawan yang terlatih untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan pada tingkat kecepatan kerja yang normal. Melalui pengukuran waktu kerja juga dapat diketahui waktu kelonggaran bagi karyawan, waktu normal waktu standard dan output standar,selain itu dengan pengukuran waktu kerja juga dapat diketahui produktivitas dari suatu industry dan lini perakitan. Pentingnya pengukuran waktu kerja utamanya pada industri kecil ini perlu dilakukan, karena jika tidak maka ketidakteraturan produksi akan terjadi. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan terhadap waktu standar maka proses produksi memiliki patokan dalam memenuhi atau menyelesaikan produksi. Pada waktu kelonggaran diketahui waktu kerja operator yakni 540 menit sehingga menghasilkan waktu kelonggaran sebesar 2,78%. Melalui waktu kelonggaran yang telah diperoleh kemudian akan digunakan untuk menghitung waktu standar,output standaryang kemudian menghasilkan perhitungan waktu sebesar 5,043 unit/hari dan produktivitas.

Through the measurement of working time can also note the time allowances for employees , the normal time and standard time standard output , in addition to the measurement of working time can also be known to the productivity of an industry and assembly lines . After calculation of the time the standard benchmark in the production process have met or finish production . At the time of leeway in mind that the operator work time 540 minutes resulting in a time clearances at 2.78 % . Through the grace that has been obtained is then used to calculate the standard time , then generate output standaryang time calculation of 5,043 units / day andproductivity.
