Abstract

Tingkat keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi dapat diukur antara lain dengan keuntungan serta ketepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Keuntungan ini tergantung pada perencanaan awal yang detail dan cermat terhadap metode pelaksanaan, alat yang dipakai serta jadwal pengerjaan proyek hangunan tersebut. Untuk itu perlu pemilihan kombinasi gabungan peralatan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan struktur pada pembangunan Pasar Aturn Mall Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kombinasi peralatan yang paling eflsien dari segi metode pelaksanaan, waktu dan biaya. Kombinasi yang dipergunakan adalah peralatan 3 Tower Crane + Concrete Pump adalah kondisi existing; kombinasi l( 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump ) dan kombinasi ll( 3 Tower crane + 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump). Hasil analisa dari ketiga kombinasi peralatan adalah untuk kondisi existing : 290 hari dengan biaya Rp. 3.003.485.850,00 dan untuk kombinasil.diperoleh waktu :3 I5 hari dengan biaya Rp. 1.267.625.100,00 sedangkan untuk kombinasi ll dipero/eh waktu :218 hari dengan biaya : Rp. 3.153.324.600,00

The level of success of a construction project can be measured, among other things, by profits and the timeliness of project completion. This advantage depends on detailed and careful initial planning regarding the implementation method, tools used and the work schedule for the building project. For this reason, it is necessary to select a combination of equipment to carry out structural work on the construction of Pasar Aturn Mall Surabaya. This research aims to compare the most efficient equipment combinations in terms of implementation methods, time and costs. The combination used is 3 Tower Crane + Concrete Pump equipment in the existing condition; combination l (3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump) and combination l (3 Tower crane + 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump). The analysis results of the three equipment combinations are for existing conditions: 290 days at a cost of Rp. 3,003,485,850.00 and for the combination, time obtained: 3 I5 days at a cost of Rp. 1,267,625,100.00, while for the second combination it takes: 218 days and costs: Rp. 3,153,324,600.00
