Abstract
Sistem akuisisi data dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengambil, mengumpulkan dan menyiapkan data, hingga memprosesnya untuk menghasilkan data yang dikehendaki. Tugas utama dari sistem akuisisi data adalah mengakuisisi sinyal sensor yang biasanya berupa sinyal analog, mengubahnya menjadi sinyal digital dan memberikannya kepada sistem monitoring ataupun sistem pengendalian. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengakuisisian sinyal input berupa sensor accelerometer dengan cara merancang blok diagram pada sofware LabVIEW. Dan melakukan pengujian pada suspensi seprempat kendaraan dengan skala 1:1. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan beban dinamis maksimal yang terjadi saat massa kendaraan diberikan eksitasi. Baik eksitasi impuls ataupun eksitasi harmonik. Adapun hasil yang didapat berupa keluaran grafik voltase dari pengujian suspensi, dan perbandingan nilai RMS (root mean square) dari data akuisisi national instruments dengan data akuisisi menggunakan digital oscilloscope.

Data acquisition system can be defined as a system that functions to retrieve, collect and prepare the data, to process it to produce the desired data. The main task of the data acquisition system is to acquire sensor signals are usually in the form of an analog signal, converting it into a digital signal and give it to a system of monitoring or control system. In this research, the acquisition of accelerometer sensor input signal by means of designing the block diagram in LabVIEW software. And suspension test for quarter vehicle with a scale of 1:1. The test is performed by taking into account the dynamic loads that occur when the maximum mass of the vehicle given excitation. Both excitation impulse or harmonic excitation. The results obtained in the form of graphic output voltage of the test suspension, and a comparison of the RMS (root mean square) of National Instruments data acquisition with data acquisition using a digital oscilloscope.
