Abstract

Proses evakuasi korban reruntuhan di Indonesia selama ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat berat, seperti : crane, traktor dll. Akan tetapi, keterbatasan yang dimiliki alat berat (e.g.jumlah terbatas dan waktu tunggu lama) menyebabkan proses evakuasi sering mengalami kegagalan. Pada Tugas Akhir ini kami melakukan rancang bangun mekanisme pesawat pengangkat penumatik yang memiliki mobililas tinggi dan low cost sebagai pengganti alat berat pada proses evakuasi korban reruntuhan.Rancang bangun dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan beban maksimum, kekuatan kayuh manusia, mobilitas alat dan kemudahan pada proses bongkar pasang alat pada sepeda. Hasil rancang bangun kemudian diuji.Dari tugas akhir ini tercipta prototipe mekanisme pesawat pengangkat penumatik yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi dan low cost sebagai pengganti alat berat pada proses evakuasi korban reruntuhan. Selain itu, dari prototipe ini muncul inovasi baru untuk mengatasi masa/ah ketergatungan pada alat berat pada proses evakuasi korban reruntuhan.

Evacuation process for ruins victims in Indonesia during this time are using heavy equipment, for example : crane, tractor, etc. Nevertheless, limitedness of heavy equipment (e.g. limited item and quite long waiting) makes evacuation process failed. In this Final Project we design and construct pneumatic handling equipment of mecanism that have high mobility and low cost as heavy equipment subtitute for ruins victims evacuation process. Design and construct started with calculated maximum of weight, human paddle strength, device mobility and ease at process of construct using with bicycle. Then the result of design and construct device tested This Final Project will produce pneumatic handling equipment of mecanism prototype that have high mobility and low cost as heavy equipment subtitute for ruins victims evacuation process. Beside that, from this prototype we can give new inovaJion of problem solving for heavy equipment dependence that use for evacuation process of ruins victims.
