Abstract

Kajian dan modifikasi ini telah dilakukan untuk menemukan alternatif lain dalam pengembangan dan produksi simulator CNC jinjing. Proses ini hanya merancang sistem struktur mekanik, dan tentu saja menghitung ulang daya yang dibutuhkan, sekali simulator telah dibuat, beberapa uji seperti uji presisi menggunakan I / O port, dan uji sistem elektrik telah dilakukan Dari perhitungan, torsi minimal motor yang diperlukan simulator adalah 5.9x10-3Nm. Perhitungan tersebut juga menghasilkan bahwa poros dengan diameter lebih besar dari 0.24mm cukup untuk sumbu X, dan lain poros dengan diameter lebih besar dari 0.3mm untuk sumbu Y. Dari uji elektrik yang telah dilakukan ke simulator, menghasilkan bahwa setelah beberapa pulsa yang diberikan kepada simulator, untuk lima posisi yang telah ditetapkan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa motor berputar 1800 untuk posisi 1, 450 untuk posisi 2, 0.90 untuk posisi 3, 900 untuk posisi 4, dan 0,0180 untuk posisi 5. Dari serangkaian uji presisi didapat backlash rata–rata 0.2 mm.

This analysis and modification have been done in order to find more alternatives in the development and production of CNC portable simulator. These processes were merely designing the mechanical structural system, recalculating the power needed and of course, once the simulator has been created, some tests like the precission test using I/O ports, and electrical system test have been carried out. From the calculation, a minimum torque in the order of 5.9.10-3Nm that supplied by the motor will be needed by the simulator. It was also found that a shaft with diameter larger than 0.24mm is sufficient for the X – axis, and another shaft with diameter larger 0.3mm for the Y – axis. From electrical test that has been held to the simulator, it was found that after some pulses were given to the simulator, for the five predetermined positions, the responses showed that the motor rotated 180o for position 1, 45o for position 2, 0.9o for position 3, 90o for position 4, and 0.018o for position 5. An average backlash in th order of 0.2mm has been resulted from a series of precision test.
