Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi bisnis produk inovasi panel dari limbah daun kering untuk pembuatan produk furnitur dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Pentahelix. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi pasar dan permintaan konsumen terhadap produk inovatif tersebut. Dengan memahami preferensi dan kebutuhan pasar, strategi bisnis dapat disesuaikan untuk memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen dan meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar furnitur. Pendekatan Model Pentahelix melibatkan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, pelaku industri, komunitas, akademisi, dan media untuk menciptakan solusi yang berkelanjutan dan inovatif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara mendalam. Pendekatan Model Pentahelix, Value Proposition Canvas, dan Business Model Canvas digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang, tantangan, dan strategi yang paling efektif dalam mengembangkan bisnis produk inovasi panel dari limbah daun kering sehingga didapatkan hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu model bisnis yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah daun kering dalam industri furnitur dengan menerapkan konsep Value Proposition Design dan Business Model Canvas. Penelitian ini tidak hanya menghasilkan model bisnis yang berfokus pada keberlanjutan ekonomi, melainkan juga mencakup aspek-aspek sosial dan lingkungan serta memberikan kontribusi positif pada pembangunan berkelanjutan secara menyeluruh. Melalui pengembangan model bisnis ini, diperoleh panduan praktis bagi pelaku bisnis panel daun kering dalam mengintegrasikan konsep bisnis yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan dalam memanfaatkan limbah daun kering berdasarkan pandangan dari masing-masing pihak pemerintah, pelaku industri, komunitas, akademisi, dan media.

This research aims to develop a business strategy for innovative panel products derived from dry leaf waste for furniture production, utilizing the Pentahelix Model approach. Additionally, the study seeks to evaluate market potential and consumer demand for these innovative products. By comprehending market preferences and needs, business strategies can be customized to meet consumer expectations and enhance the product's competitiveness in the furniture market. The Pentahelix Model approach involves collaboration among the government, industry parties, communities, academics, and the media to create sustainable and innovative solutions. Utilizing qualitative research methods, data is collected through literature studies, field observations, and in-depth interviews. The Pentahelix Model approach, along with the Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas, is employed to identify opportunities, challenges, and the most effective strategies in developing a business for innovative panel products from dry leaf waste. The results of this research encompass an innovative and sustainable business model aimed at optimizing the utilization of dry leaf waste in the furniture industry, applying the concepts of Value Proposition Design and Business Model Canvas. This study not only yields an economically sustainable business model but also encompasses social and environmental aspects, contributing positively to overall sustainable development. Through the development of this business model, practical guidance is provided for stakeholders in the dry leaf panel business to integrate innovative and sustainable business concepts in utilizing dry leaf waste. This guidance is based on the perspectives of government, industry parties, communities, academics, and the media.
