Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri pariwisata yang berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, mengalami peningkatan dengan proyeksi pertumbuhan yang signifikan di masa mendatang. Pemerintah Indonesia telah merancang rencana aksi berupa sepuluh Destinasi Pariwisata Prioritas (DPP) untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, dengan harapan meningkatkan pendapatan devisa. Namun, penting untuk mengevaluasi kinerja destinasi yang mempengaruhi perkembangan industri pariwisata ini. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa destinasi pariwisata berpengaruh pada kepuasan wisatawan. Perkembangan teknologi juga dapat merubah cara wisatawan untuk berwisata. Analisis sentimen dan pengolahan data eWOM merupakan alat penting dalam memahami pengaruh pengalaman wisatawan terhadap industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman dan pemecahan masalah-masalah terkait dengan analisis sentimen, eWOM, dan pengelolaan citra destinasi pariwisata di Indonesia, khususnya pada sepuluh DPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara atribut-atribut destinasi pariwisata 6AsTD (attractions, activities, accessibility, amenities, available packages, ancillary services) terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dari 10 DPP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik text mining dari ulasan pada platform review online. Data ulasan yang diambil berjangka waktu mulai dari 2020-2023. Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi beberapa temuan bahwa atribut attraction, accessibility, amenities, dan available packages berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Penelitian ini menolak bahwa atribut activites dan ancillary service berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan berharga tentang bagaimana pengalaman wisatawan dan ulasan online dapat mempengaruhi industri pariwisata Indonesia. Pemerintah diharapkan dapat merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, pelaku bisnis dapat meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan dan wisatawan dapat membuat keputusan perjalanan yang lebih baik.

The growth of the tourism industry, which makes a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy, has increased with significant growth projected in the future. The Indonesian government has planned an action plan in the form of ten Priority Tourism Destinations (DPP) to increase the number of tourist visits, with the hope of increasing foreign exchange earnings. However, it is important to disrupt the functioning of these destinations that influence the development of the tourism industry. Previous research shows that tourism destinations influence tourist satisfaction. Technological developments can also change the way tourists travel. Sentiment analysis and eWOM data processing are important tools in understanding the influence of tourist experiences on the tourism industry. This research focuses on understanding and solving problems related to sentiment analysis, eWOM, and image management of tourism destinations in Indonesia, especially in the ten DPPs. This research is a quantitative study which aims to analyze the relationship between the attributes of 6AsTD tourism destinations (attractions, activities, accessibility, amenities, available packages, additional services) on tourist satisfaction from 10 DPPs. Data collection was carried out using text mining techniques from reviews on online review platforms. The review data taken is timed from 2020-2023. The results of this research confirm several findings that the attributes of attractiveness, accessibility, facilities and available packages have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. This research rejects that additional activity and service attributes have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. The results of this research will provide valuable insight into how tourist experiences and online reviews can influence the Indonesian tourism industry. The government is expected to be able to formulate more effective policies. In addition, business people can increase tourist satisfaction and tourists can make better travel decisions.
