Abstract

Pemilihan supplier. Bobot kriteria kemudian digunakan untuk menilai kinerja masing-masing supplier. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk menentukan supplier terbaik dengan nilai jarak terdekat dari ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari ideal negatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lingkup proyek EPC. Kriteria pemilihan supplier yang dipertimbangkan merupakan hasil FGD bersama narasumber. Hasil penelitian menempatkan bahwa harga merupakan kriteria tertinggi pada sistem pengambilan keputusan, diikuti oleh kapabilitas teknis dan durabilitas produk. Dalam pemilihan prioritas alternatif, PT Azbil menjadi alternatif pertama untuk pemilihan dengan kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan

Supplier selection. The criteria weights are then used to assess the performance of each supplier. The TOPSIS method is used to determine the best supplier with the closest distance from the positive ideal and the farthest distance from the negative ideal. This research was conducted within the scope of the EPC project. The supplier selection criteria that are considered are the results of FGDs with resource persons. The research results show that price is the highest criterion in the decision making system, followed by technical capability and product durability. In selecting alternative priorities, PT Azbil became the first alternative for selection with predetermined criteria and weights
