Abstract

Mobil Pelayanan Perpanjangan SIM Keliling Surabaya adalah pengembangan desain dan konsep baru dari mobil SIM keliling di daerah Surabaya, dengan tujuan utama yaitu untuk memperbaiki image dan citra kepolisian di bidang pelayanan terhadap masyarakat dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas mobil SIM keliling baik dari segi tampilan maupun operasional sehingga memberikan nilai lebih bagi pengguna (pengunjung dan petugas operator) Dalam perancangan Mobil Pelayanan Perpanjangan SIM Keliling ini, Penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut dilakukan dengan pendekatan disiplin ilmu Desain Produk Industri. Bagaimana mendesain mobil untuk melayani perpanjangan SIM keliling yang cepat,mudah, dan nyaman. Pengembangan desain yang dilakukan khususnya pada lay out dan konfigurasi operasional dari mobil SIM keliling dengan penambahan fungsi Edukasi lalu-lintas sebagai tindak lanjut dari program Polri. Metode penyelesaian masalah ditekankan pada studi aktifitas dan kebutuhan pengguna, serta data eksisting Mobil SIM keliling yang telah ada. Dari keseluruhan hasil yang dicapai diharapkan memberikan nilai lebih bagi pengguna

The Surabaya Mobile SIM Extension Service Car is the development of a new design and concept for a mobile SIM car in the Surabaya area, with the main aim being to improve the image and image of the police in the field of service to the community by improving the quality of the mobile SIM car both in terms of appearance and operations so as to provide added value for users (visitors and operator officers).
