Abstract

Masalah kemacetan di persimpangan jalan Achmad Yani dan jemur Sari sudah semakin parah. Salah satu usaha untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan membuat suatu altematif jalan raya yaitu dengan membuat underpass buat kendaraan yang berasal dari arah Sidomjo menuju Surabaya Dalam tugas akhir ini dibahas mengenai perencanaan teknis saja dari underpass. Underpass dihitung kekuatan dan stabilitasnya dengan mengkonsiderasikan 2 metode pelaksanaan , yakni dengan TBM dan Cut and Cover Method. Penampang underpass menggunakan bentuk circular disesuaikan dengan bentuk Tunnel Boring Machine (I'BM) . Struktur lining underpass menggunakan sistem segmental precast. Sambungan arah melingkar menggunakan tipe knuckle dan arah memanjang menggnnakan tipe tongue and groove untuk underpass dengan metode TBM. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan metode Cut and Cover digunakan sambungan baut biasa Untuk perhitungan struktur digunakan program bantu SAP 2000. Cara Cut and Cover tidak bisa dilaksanakan pada lokasi dan di pergunakan cara TBM yang dimodifikasi dengan strauss sebagai pondasi

The problem of traffic jams at the intersection of Jalan Achmad Yani and Jemur Sari is getting worse. One effort to overcome this problem is to create an alternative highway, namely by creating an underpass for vehicles coming from Sidomjo to Surabaya. In this final project, the technical planning of the underpass is discussed. The strength and stability of the underpass is calculated by considering 2 implementation methods, namely the TBM and the Cut and Cover Method. The cross-section of the underpass uses a circular shape adapted to the shape of the Tunnel Boring Machine (I'BM). The underpass lining structure uses a segmental precast system. Connections in the circular direction use the knuckle type and in the longitudinal direction use the tongue and groove type for underpasses using the TBM method. Meanwhile, for planning the Cut and Cover method, ordinary bolt connections are used. For structural calculations, the SAP 2000 auxiliary program is used. The Cut and Cover method cannot be implemented on site and the modified TBM method is used with Strauss as the foundation
