Abstract

Glukosa adalah salah satu karbohidrat yang terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia. Glukosa (C 6 H 120 6, berat molekul 180. 18 ) adalah heksosa-monosakarida yang mengandung enam atom karbon.Pada tugas akhir telah dibuat suatu alat dimana dapat mengukur kadar larutan gula. Pada kadar larutan gula ini memiliki range minimum dan maksimum. Larutan gula yang digunakan adalah gula lokal yang berwarna kekuningan dan dicampur dengan air mineral. Semakin banyak gula yang terkandung dalam larutan tersebut, maka kadar pada larutan akan bertambah. Larutan gula akan terdeteksi oleh sensor photodiode yang difun gs ikan sebagai receiver dan superbright sebagai transceiver yang menjadi sumber cahaya sehingga dapat terbaca oleh photodioda. Hasil outputan dari rangkaian tersebut akan dikonversi di ADC dan akan dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroller dan data akan ditampilkan pada LCD. Pada pengujian rangkaian sensor dengan larutan guJa didapat tegan gan outputan tertinggi sebesar 33 mY dan tegangan outputan terendah sebesar 3 mY.

Glucose is one of all important carbohydrate in human life. Glucose ( C6H120&. heavily molecule of 180.18) is heksosa-monosakarida containing six carbon atom. At this sugar rate have range a minimum and maximum. Sugar condensation which applied is mixed with kitchen sugar is mineral water. More and more sugar which implied in the condensation, hence rate at condensation will increase. Sugar condensation will be detected by censor photodiode which functioned as receiver and superbright as transceiver becoming light source causing can be read by photodiode. Output result will be converted in ADC and will be controlled by microcontroller and data will be presented at LCD. At examination of censor network with sugar condensation got highest output tension equal to 33 m V and low output tension equal to 3 mV.
