Abstract

Pembangunan Pelabuhan Terminal Petikemas “X” bertujuan untuk menambah kapasitas penanganan petikemas di Tanjung Priok, DKI Jakarta yang dilaksanakan oleh PT ABC sebagai kontraktor. Pada pelaksanaannya telah terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses perbaikan tanah yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya produktivitas pekerja, akibatnya pekerjaan selanjutnya
menjadi terganggu dalam pelaksanaanya. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan penelitian mengenai percepatan durasi proyek dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) untuk mengetahui pekerjaan yang berada di lintasan kritis dan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) untuk menghitung percepatan proyek. Berdasarkan analisis CPM didapatkan durasi selama 984 hari dengan 13 pekerjaan. Sedangkan, untuk analisis percepatan dengan metode TCTO didapatkan durasi optimal proyek selama 869 hari dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp594.050.000,00 pada penambahan jumlah pekerja sebanyak 2 orang. Setelah dilakukan analisis percepatan akan dilakukan perhitungan untuk mengetahui probabilitas percepatan dengan menggunakan metode Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) dengan hasil probabilitas percepatan proyek sebesar 81,8 %.

The construction of Container Terminal Port "X" is aimed to increase the container handling capacity in Tanjung Priok, DKI Jakarta, which is carried out by PT ABC as a contractor. In its implementation, there has been a delay in the ground improvement process caused by the lack of worker productivity, as a result the next work has been disrupted in its execution. In this final project, research will be carried out on the acceleration of project duration using the Critical Path Method (CPM) to determine the work on the critical path and the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method to calculate project acceleration. Based on the CPM analysis, the duration is obtained for 984 days with 13 jobs. Meanwhile, for the acceleration analysis using the TCTO method, the optimal duration of the project was obtained for 869 days with an additional cost of Rp594,050,000.00 for the addition of 2 workers. After the acceleration analysis is carried out, calculations will be made to determine the probability of acceleration using the Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) method with probability results of 81.8%.
