Abstract
Keterlambatan pada penyelesaian proyek merupakan hal yang sampai saat ini masih relatif sering dijumpai dalam dunia manajemen proyek. Tentunya keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek merupakan suatu hal yang patut dihindari. Oleh karena itu dalam setiap proyek perlu dilakukannya proses perencanaan penjadwalan yang baik agar risiko keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dapat diminimalisir. Dalam perencanaan proyek X perlu dilakukannya penjadwalan dengan metode yang sesuai dengan karakteristik proyek tersebut. Beberapa metode penjadawalan antara lain precedence diagram method dan program evaluation and review technique. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lintasan kritis proyek, durasi proyek, dan juga probabilitas penyelesaian proyek secara tepat waktu. Proyek yang digunakan sebagai studi kasus pada penelitian ini adalah proyek X. Perhitungan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software MS Project dan MS Excel. Adapun penggambaran lintasan kritis dilakukan menggunakan software MS Visio. Penjadwalan proyek menggunakan metode PDM dan PERT menghasilkan durasi akhir selama 185 hari, 190.38 hari, 195.76 hari, dan 201.14 hari dengan probabilitas penyelesaian proyek tepat waktu secara berturut-turut sebesar 44.04%, 81.80%, 85.31%, dan 99.78%.

Delays in project completion are things that are still relatively common in the world of project management. Of course, delays in project completion are something that should be avoided. Therefore, in every project it is necessary to carry out a good scheduling planning process so that the risk of delays in project completion can be minimized. In planning the X project, it is necessary to schedule with a method that is suitable for the characteristics of the project itself. Some of the scheduling methods are precedence diagram method and program evaluation and review technique. This research aims to determine the critical trajectory of the project, the duration of the project, and also the probability of completing the project within the targeted duration. The project used as a case study in this research is project X. Calculations in this study were carried out using MS Project and MS Excel software. The critical trajectory depiction is done using MS Visio software. Project scheduling using PDM and PERT methods results in a final duration of 185 days, 190.38 days, 195.76 days, and 201.14 days with a probability of completing the project on time of 44.04%, 81.80%, 85.31%, and 99.78%, respectively.
