Abstract

Setiap proyek konstruksi jembatan tidak lepas dengan pelaksanaan pekerjaan erection girder. Pekerjaan tersebut merupakan pekerjaan menempatkan box girder ke tumpuannya. Banyak metode yang dapat digunakan pada pelaksanaan erection girder, diantaranya metode launcher girder, crawler crane, dan temporary shoring. Proyek Penggantian dan/atau Duplikasi Jembatan Callender Hamilton (CH) di Bandar Ngalim Kediri awalnya menggunakan metode launcher girder. Metode launcher girder mempunyai kekurangan dalam segi waktu, yaitu pengerjaanya yang lama. Padahal proyek jembatan ini yang rencana awalnya dapat dioperasikan di bulan Desember dipercepat agar dapat selesai pada bulan Agustus. Diperlukan alternatif metode yang dapat menghasilkan jadwal proyek yang lebih cepat namun dengan biaya yang tidak lebih mahal. Tugas akhir ini menganalisis modifikasi metode eksisting yaitu launcher girder ke metode crawler crane, dengan fokus pada perbandingan biaya dan waktu. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu dilakukan berdasarkan RAB (Rancangan Anggaran Biaya) yang mencakup kebutuhan alat berat dan tenaga kerja, serta penjadwalan pelaksanaan pekerjaan erection girder. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode crawler crane membutuhkan total waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan erection girder yang lebih cepat, tetapi memiliki harga konstruksi yang lebih mahal.

Bridge construction projects inevitably involve the erection of girders, which entails placing box girders onto their supports. Various methods can be employed for girder erection, including launcher girder, crawler crane, and temporary shoring techniques. The Callender Hamilton (CH) Bridge Replacement/Duplication Project in Bandar Ngalim Kediri, Indonesia, initially adopted the launcher girder method. However, this method presented a drawback in terms of time, as the erection process was protracted. The project's original completion date was scheduled for December, but the target was accelerated to August. Consequently, an alternative method was required to expedite the project timeline without exceeding the budget constraints. This thesis investigates the modification of the existing launcher girder method to the crawler crane method, focusing on a comparative analysis of cost and time. The cost and time calculations are based on the Bill of Quantities (BoQ), encompassing heavy equipment and labour requirements, as well as the scheduling of girder erection activities. Analysis results indicate that the crawler crane method requires a shorter total completion time for erection girder work but has a higher construction cost.
