Abstract

Among the various infrastructure projects in Indonesia, there is a notable focus on transportation facilities and infrastructure. The growing mobility of the population, coupled with the expansion of residential and industrial areas in Jakarta, the capital city, has generated a heightened demand for sufficient transportation facilities and infrastructure. The Ancol-Pluit (Elevated) Harbor Road II Toll Road Project is a Flyover toll road project with a total length of 9.69 km that stretches from Ancol to Pluit, North Jakarta. This project is very important to the growth of infrastructure in greater Jakarta area. However, the construction of the Harbor Road II Toll Road Project was delayed for 2 years due to problems with land acquisition and the progress of the Pier and Pier Head (upper structure) work which had already been built, so that the girder erection work was delayed and there was no detailed girder erection work schedule. The research object that the author is studying is the Ancol-Pluit (Elevated) Harbor Road II Toll Road Project. The purpose of this research is to analyse the work method of girder erection using launcher gantry method for span P20S-P50S and planning the scheduling of girder erection work for span P20S-P55S on the Harbour Road II project. The result of this project is the work method for girder erection using a launching gantry on the project using the span-by-span method. There are modifications to the work method stages and element modifications of launcher gantry to maximize girder erection work. The time required for girder erection work using the launcher gantry method on the project for span P20S-P54S is 353 calendar days.
