Abstract
Perkembangan industri konstruksi memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap pemerataan pembangunan infrastuktur di indonesia. Masih banyaknya perencanaan kontruksi yang dilakukan secara konvensional menjadikan proyek berjalan dengan tidak konsisten karena hasil perencanaan yang tidak aktual atau perhitungan yang tidak sesuai yang mengakibatkan biaya proyek membengkak dan keterlambatan progres pekerjaan.
Tercapainya keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti perhitungan quantity take off dan scheduling proyek, dengan adanya Building Information Modeling (BIM) dapat membantu engineer menyelesaikan pekerjaan lebih optimal dan akurat. Penggunaan BIM dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pengerjaan perencanaan proyek, yang mulanya dilakukan satu per satu dengan BIM dapat dilakukan secara bersamaan dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Pada proyek akhir ini akan membahas tentang penggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) untuk perhitungan quantity take off dan scheduling pada proyek pembangunan gedung fakultas kedokteran Unika Soegijapranata Semarang, dengan mengimplementasikan BIM 5D menggunakan software Autodesk Revit dan Naviswork .
Dengan mengimplementasikan penggunaan BIM dalam perencanaan proyek gedung fakultas kedokteran Unika Soegijapranata, didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan Autodesk Revit mampu mengoptimalkan biaya sebesar 2% dan volume sebesar 3% lebih kecil dari perhitungan konvensional. Sedangkan untuk perancangan penjadwalan menggunakan program Autodesk Naviswork didapatkan hasil durasi yang sama dengan perhitungan konvensional, hal ini dikarenakan item pekerjaan yang mengalami selisih durasi tidak berada pada lintasan kritis. Namun dapat diketahui jika terdapat komponen yang tumpang tindih (clash) serta dapat melihat visualiasai progres kemajuan pekerjaan secara langsung, selain itu BIM memberikan kemudahan dari segi efisiensi waktu pengerjaan karena konsep “multi-user” yang dapat dikerjakan secara bersamaan serta mengeluarkan model superimpose. Sehingga didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan BIM memberikan hasil yang lebih optimal dalam proses perencanaan bangunan.

The development of the construction industry has a major impact on the equitable distribution of infrastructure development in Indonesia. There are still many construction plans that are carried out conventionally, making the project run inconsistently due to non-actual planning results or inappropriate calculations which result in inflated project costs and delays in work progress.
The achievement of successful project implementation is influenced by several factors such as quantity take off calculations and project scheduling, with the existence of Building Information Modeling (BIM) can help engineers complete work more optimally and accurately. The use of BIM can increase the efficiency of project planning time, which was originally done one by one with BIM can be done simultaneously in a relatively short time. This final project will discuss the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for quantity take off and scheduling calculations in the Unika Soegijapranata Semarang medical faculty building construction project, by implementing BIM 5D using Autodesk Revit and Naviswork software.
By implementing the use of BIM in planning the Unika Soegijapranata medical faculty building project, the results were obtained that the use of Autodesk Revit was able to optimize costs by 2% and volume by 3% less than conventional calculations. Meanwhile, for scheduling design using the Autodesk Naviswork program, the results obtained are the same as conventional calculations, this is because the work items that experience differences in duration are not on the critical path. However, can find out if there are clash components and can see a visual of the progress of the work directly. Apart from that, BIM provides convenience in terms of efficiency of processing time because of the “multi-user” concept which can be wroked on simultaneously and produces a superimposed model. So it is concluded that the use of BIM provides more optimal results in the building planning process.
