Abstract
Dalam dunia yang serba berubah, Perusahaan harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menanggulangsi resiko dan juga kemampuan untuk tahan terhadap gangguan (resiliensi). Resiko tidak berdiri sendiri tetapi juga berkaitan dengan rantai pasok. Sehingga untuk dapat memenang persaingan maaka perushaan harus mampu mengelola rantai pasok dengan baik termasuk bagaimana mengatasi resikonya. Kemampuan tersebut sangat bergantung kepada bagaiman pengelolaan SDM. Dengan menggunakan data dari survey sebanyak 50 responden dari industri manufaktur, dapat diolah sebagai hasil berikut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan karyawan dan partisipasi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen risiko rantai pasok. Meskipun insentif karyawan tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan, manajemen risiko rantai pasok ternyata berdampak positif pada resiliensi rantai pasok. Kedua praktik karyawan tersebut juga mempengaruhi resiliensi rantai pasok melalui efek mediasi manajemen risiko rantai pasok, sementara insentif karyawan tidak memiliki dampak signifikan pada resiliensi rantai pasok

In a changing world, companies must have the ability to cope with risks and also the ability to withstand disruption (resilience). Risk does not stand alone but is also related to the supply chain. So, to be able to win the competition, the company must be able to manage the supply chain well, including how to overcome the risks. This ability really depends on how human resources are managed. By using data from a survey of 50 respondents from the manufacturing industry, the following results can be processed. The research results show that employee skills and employee participation have a significant effect on supply chain risk management. Even though employee incentives do not have a significant effect, supply chain risk management turns out to have a positive impact on supply chain resilience. These two employee practices also influence supply chain resilience through the mediating effect of supply chain risk management, while employee incentives do not have a significant impact on supply chain resilience
