Abstract

Manajemen proyek merupakan aspek yang penting dalam perencaan dan pelaksanaan proyek untuk menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek. Perihal ini semakin mendesak dengan semakin rumitnya desain, permintaan, serta banyaknya stakeholder yang terlibat. Untuk menghindari kegagalan, diperlukan suatu metode manajemen proyek yang efektif dan terintegrasi sehingga mampu mencapai seluruh permintaan serta menjangkau seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat. Building Information Modelling (BIM) dapat menjadi solusi untuk menjembatani masalah tersebut.Dalam proyek akhir ini, digunakan Building Information Modelling (BIM) untuk mendapatkan volume pekerjaan, visualisasi jadwal pekerjaan serta biaya yang diperlukan. Hasil yang diharapkan penulis adalah output aplikasi yang lebih mudah dibaca dan dipahami namun memiliki tingkat akurasi yang sama dengan perhitungan metode konvensional. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan perhitungan menggunakan Building Information Modelling (BIM) menghasilkan data kebutuhan waktu dan biaya yang akurat dengan deviasi rata-rata dengan perhitungan konvensional adalah 1% untuk biaya, 3% untuk rata-rata deviasi perhitungan volume dan tidak ada perbedaan untuk durasi

Project Management is a key aspect in project planning and execution to determine success rate of a project. This matter escalates as more complicated demand and design arise and more stakeholders were involved. To anticipate failure, effective and integrated method were required, so that these demands are satisfied and all the stakeholders are well informed. Building Information Modelling (BIM) was seen as a perfect solution. In this study, Building Information Modelling (BIM) was used to get the volume, visualized schedule, as well as time and cost of the project. The expected result was a comprehensible, easy to read yet accurate calculation compared to conventional method. The results of this study stated that calculation made using building information modelling (BIM) method produces necessary time and cost data that are accurate with average deviation compared to conventional method are 1% for cost, 3% in average of volume calculation and no difference for time
