Abstract
Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya, salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) mengalami kerusakan pada awal tahun 2023 di salah satu aselator IPAM Ngagel II yang mengganggu sirkulasi air dan menyebabkan penumpukan endapan di bagian bawah. Gangguan ini menurunkan efektivitas proses penjernihan air, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pengendalian kualitas air produksi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengendalian kualitas pada tiga parameter karakteristik kualitas air hasil produksi yang sampai pada tahap penampungan di reservoir, yaitu sisa chlor, zat organik (KMnO4), dan kekeruhan (turbidity) menggunakan metode peta kendali nonparametrik integrasi peta kendali MEWMA dengan transformasi multivariat spatial signed rank yang disebut peta kendali SSRM untuk monitoring mean proses dan peta kendali MEWMV untuk monitoring variabilitas proses dengan unit pengamatan individu. Pada peta kendali fase I, ditemukan bahwa proses belum terkendali secara statistik karena terjadi pergeseran pada variabilitas dan mean. Variabel yang diduga menyebabkan pengamatan out of control adalah kekeruhan dan sisa chlor. Pada peta kendali fase II, pengamatan yang berada di luar batas kendali disebabkan oleh sisa chlor dan zat organik. Analisis kapabilitas proses menunjukkan bahwa secara univariat, kekeruhan dan zat organik memiliki tingkat kepresisian yang baik, namun hanya kekeruhan yang menunjukkan kinerja keakurasian yang baik. Secara multivariat, hasil produksi air belum memenuhi spesifikasi perusahaan secara keseluruhan sehingga proses dianggap belum kapabel.

The Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya, one of the Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), experienced damage in early 2023 to one of the IPAM Ngagel II accelerators which disrupted water circulation and caused a buildup of sediment at the bottom. This disturbance reduces the effectiveness of the water purification process, so steps are needed to control the quality of produced water. In this study, quality control was carried out on three characteristic parameters of the quality of produced water that reached the storage stage in the reservoir, namely residual chlorine, organic substances (KMnO4), and turbidity using the non-parametric control chart method, integrating the MEWMA control chart with multivariate spatial transformation. signed rank which is called the SSRM control chart for monitoring the process mean and the MEWMV control chart for monitoring process variability with individual observation units. In the phase I control chart, it was found that the process was not statistically controlled because there was a shift in variability and mean. The variables suspected of causing out of control observations were turbidity and residual chlorine. In the phase II control chart, observations that were outside the control limits were caused by residual chlorine and organic matter. Process capability analysis showed that univariately, turbidity and organic matter had good levels of precision, but only turbidity showed good accuracy performance. In multivariate case, the water production results did not meet the company's specifications as a whole so that the process was considered not yet capable.
