Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya merupakan perusahaan milik pemerintah kota Surabaya sebagai penyelenggara air minum guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Surabaya dan sekitarnya. PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya memiliki 6 Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum (IPAM), salah satunya IPAM Karangpilang II. Sumber air baku yang digunakan oleh IPAM Karangpilang II PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya berasal dari Sungai Brantas. Kualitas air baku yang buruk akan menyebabkan air tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi bahkan dapat menyebabkan penyakit. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengendalian kualitas terhadap proses produksi air di IPAM Karangpilang II PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah diagram kendali Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) untuk memonitor variabilitas proses dan diagram kendali Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) untuk memonitor rata-rata proses. Monitoring yang dilakukan akan berbasis residual model Multioutput Least Square Support Vector Regression (MLS-SVR) untuk mengatasi kasus autokorelasi pada data. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 3 karakteristik kualitas air minum, yaitu kekeruhan, pH, dan sisa Chlor (Cl2). Hasil pemodelan MLS-SVR dengan kernel RBF diperoleh hyper-parameter optimal yaitu γ^'=2^6,γ^''=2^7, dan σ=2^(-7). Pada diagram kendali MEWMV dengan nilai pembobot ω=0,1, λ=0,1, dan L=2,790, variabilitas proses fase I telah terkendali secara statistik setelah dilakukan 10 kali penanganan pengamatan out of control. Pada fase II, variabilitas proses telah terkendali secara statistik. Selanjutnya pada diagram kendali MEWMA dengan nilai pembobot λ=0,2, rata-rata proses fase I telah terkendali secara statistik setelah dilakukan 4 kali penanganan pengamatan out of control. Pada fase II, rata-rata proses tidak terkendali secara statistik karena masih terdapat 2 pengamatan out of control. Pada analisis kapabilitas proses, kinerja proses produksi air di IPAM Karangpilang II telah kapabel secara multivariat.

PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya is a company owned by the Surabaya city government as a provider of drinking water to meet the needs of the people of Surabaya and its surroundings. PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya has 6 Drinking Water Treatment Plant (IPAM), one of which is IPAM Karangpilang II. The raw water source used by IPAM Karangpilang II PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya comes from the Brantas River. Poor raw water quality will cause water unfit for consumption and can even cause disease. Therefore, it is necessary to control the quality of the water production process at IPAM Karangpilang II PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The methods used in this study are Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) control chart to monitor process variability and Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) control chart to monitor process averages. The monitoring will be based on the residuals of the Multioutput Least Square Support Vector Regression (MLS-SVR) model to overcome the autocorrelation case in the data. The research variables used in this study are 3 drinking water quality parameters, namely turbidity, pH, and residual Chlor (Cl2). The results of MLS-SVR modeling with RBF kernel obtained optimal hyper-parameters γ^'=2^6,γ^''=2^7, and σ=2^(-7). In the MEWMV control chart with a weight value of ω=0,1, λ=0,1, and L=2,790, the process variability of phase I has been statistically controlled after handling out of control observations 10 times. In phase II, the process variability has been statistically controlled. Furthermore, in the MEWMA control chart with a weight value of λ=0,2, the process mean of phase I has been statistically controlled after handling 4 out of control observations. In phase II, the process mean is not statistically controlled because there are still 2 out of control observations. In the process capability analysis, the performance of the water production process at IPAM Karangpilang II has been capable in multivariate.
