Abstract

Curcumin Longa Linn ialah bahan nabati hasil ekstrak kunyit yang memiliki manfaat yang begitu banyak dalam bidang baik pengobatan tradisional maupun bidang medis dan telah dilirik banyak orang karena kandungannya. Dimana senyawa turmeron tersebut tersusun atas ar�turmerone, α-turmerone, tumerol, β-turmerone, β-caryophyllene, dan 1,8-cineole. Senyawa ar�turmeron mempunyai kemampuan regenerasi sel yang tinggi, senyawa tersebut mampu mengaktifkan protein mitokondria untuk menimbulkan apoptosis (kematian sel terprogram).
Studi farmakologi membuktikan bahwa Ar Tumeron telah terbukti memiliki aktivitas imunostimulator pada sel mononuklear darah tepi manusia, Apoptosis, anti-platelet, anti�inflamasi, anti-invasi, anti-tumor, dan anti-efekdermatofitas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas fraksi diklorometana dan senyawa Ar Tumeron dari rimpang kunyit terhadap sel kanker darah, untuk mengetahui hasil identifikasi senyawa Ar Tumeron menggunakan metode spektrofotometer UV-Vis, dan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antikanker pada senyawa Ar Tumeron secara in vitro terhadap sel kanker darah. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan proses ekstraksi yang menggunakan pelarut DCM diklorometana), kemudian dilakukan proses pemisahan dengan metode KCV, kemudian diidentifikasi kandungan dari fraksi menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Visibel, dan di uji MTT. Setelah dilakukan analisis, diketahui aktivitas fraksi diklorometana dan senyawa Ar Tumeron terhadap sel kanker darah sukses menunjukkan bahwa fraksi diklorometana dan senyawa Ar Tumeron tersebut memiliki kemampuan dalam menghambat pertumbuhan yang signifikan terhadap sel
kanker darah dalam konsentrasi tinggi. Dengan menggunakan metode tauc plot didapatkan nilai bandgap energy indirect sebesar 2,47eV dan bandgap energy direct sekitar 2,62 Ev

Curcumin Longa Linn is a vegetable material extracted from turmeric which has so many benefits in the field of both traditional medicine and the medical field and has been seen by many people because of its content. Where the turmeron compound is composed of ar turmerone, α-turmerone, tumerol, β-turmerone, β-caryophyllene, and 1,8-cineole. The ar�turmerone compound has a high cell regeneration ability, the compound is able to activate mitochondrial proteins to cause apoptosis (programmed cell death). Pharmacological studies prove that ar-turmeron has been shown to have immunostimulatory activity on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, apoptosis, anti-platelet, anti-inflammatory, anti-invasion, anti-tumor, and anti-efficacy. This study aims to determine the activity of the dichloromethane fraction and Ar Tumerone compounds from turmeric rhizomes against blood cancer cells, to determine the identification results of Ar Tumerone compounds using the UV-Vis spectrophotometer method, and to determine the anticancer activity of Ar Tumerone compounds in vitro against blood cancer cells. This research method is carried out by the extraction process using DCM (diclorometana) solvent, then the separation process is carried out by the KCV method, then the content of the fraction is identified using UV-Visible spectrophotometry, and MTT test. After analysis, it is known that the activity of the dichloromethane fraction and Ar Tumeron compound against blood cancer cells is successful in showing that the dichloromethane fraction and Ar Tumeron compound have the ability to inhibit significant growth of blood cancer cells in high concentrations. By using the tauc plot method, the indirect bandgap energy value is 2.47eV and the direct bandgap energy is around 2.62 Ev.
