Abstract
Bentuk konkrit dari pengalihan fungsi lahan dapat dilihat dari berubahnya guna lahan hijau pertanian menjadi lahan pemukiman, hal tersebut menyebabkan hasil produksi pangan menurun, antara lain sayur, buah-buahan, makanan pokok, dan lain-lain. Upaya menekankan konsep urban farming dengan isu diversifikasi pangan menjadi langkah yang diterapkan dalam rancangan. Konsep modifikasi dengan melakukan pengembangan lahan pertanian secara vertikal dan memanipulasi iklim dalam bangunan, dengan tujuan menghasilkan panen yang berkualitas dan tidak bergantung pada perubahan iklim dan cuaca lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan merupakan tahapan merancang iklim mikro pada suatu wilayah, antara lain; menentukan iklim mikro; meninjau preseden bangunan; menentukan sistem modifikasi iklim bangunan; mendefinisikan kebutuhan budidaya tanaman; dan transfer domain arsitektural. Rancangan mengembangkan variasi tanaman yang umumnya tidak sesuai dengan kondisi iklim dan geografi Kota Surabaya. Rancangan juga menjaga efisiensi dari segi teknologi, ekonomi serta pemilihan jenis tanaman yang sesuai dengan tipe pertanian dengan rekayasa iklim dalam bangunan. Tanaman pertanian akan dibudidayakan menggunakan hydroponic systems, yang menyediakan nutrisi bagi tanaman melalui media larutan nutrisi. Tipe bangunan yang dirancang diperuntukkan untuk budidaya pertanian dan sebuah tempat untuk memasarkan hasil pertanian dan olahannya, seperti pasar sayuran dan tempat makan.

The concrete form of the transfer of land functions can be seen from the change in the use of green agricultural land into residential land, this causes food production to decrease, including vegetables, fruits, staple foods, and others. Efforts to emphasize the concept of urban farming with the issue of food diversification are steps that are implemented in the design. The concept of modification by developing agricultural land vertically and manipulating the climate in buildings, with the aim of producing quality crops and not depending on climate change and environmental weather. The method used is the stage of designing a microclimate in an area, including determine the microclimate; reviewing building precedents; determine the building climate modification system; define crop cultivation needs; and architectural domain transfer. The design develops plant variations that are generally not in accordance with the climatic and geographical conditions of the city of Surabaya. The design also maintains efficiency in terms of technology, economy, and the selection of types of plants that are in accordance with the type of agriculture with climate engineering in the building. Agricultural crops will be cultivated using hydroponic systems, which provide nutrients to plants through nutrient solution media. The type of building designed is intended for agricultural cultivation and a place to market agricultural products and their products, such as vegetable markets and places to eat.
