Abstract
Faktor utama dalam berjalannya sebuah proses pada industri yaitu keselamatan kerja. Kemungkinan terjadinya sebuah kecelakaan akan meningkat seiring dengan nilai nilai keselamatan kerja yang abai dilaksanakan. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan keselamatan kerja di industri pembangkitan listrik, setiap turbin uap penggerak generator di tempat kerja wajib memiliki pengesahan pemakaian. Terdapat empat komponen yang ditinjau yaitu turbin uap, governor, main stop valve dan generator. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat kritikalitas dan maintenance strategy dari keempat komponen tersebut yaitu menggunakan System & Equipment Reliability & Prioritization (SERP) dan Maintenance Priority Index (MPI) yang dilakukan pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan logika fuzzy. Metode yang digunakan memperoleh nilai ranking MPI baru masing – masing sebesar 6,6; 0,51; 17,48 dan 0,49. Dari nilai baru ini dapat ditentukan prioritas dan jenis pemeliharaan yang digunakan. Dengan memperhatikan nilai yang didapat maka untuk sistem turbin uap ini dapat dilakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan proaktif untuk mengembalikan atau menambah kemampuan dan keandalan peralatan dengan menyesuaikan aspek-aspek yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan pemeliharaan.

The main factor in the running of a process in industry is occupational health and safety. The occurrence of an accident will increase along with neglect of work safety. Along with the increasing need for work safety in the power generation industry, every steam turbine which drives the generator in the workplace is required to have a certificate. There are four components that are reviewed, which are the steam turbine, governor, main stop valve and generator. One method that can be used to determine the level of criticality and maintenance strategy of the four components is using System & Equipment Reliability & Prioritization (SERP) and Maintenance Priority Index (MPI) which is approached using a fuzzy logic. The method used obtains a new MPI ranking each value of 6,6; 0,51; 17,48 and 0,49. From this value, can be determined the priority and type of maintenance that will be used. Regarding into the value obtained, for this steam turbine system, proactive maintenance activities can be carried out to restore or increase the ability and reliability of the equipment by adjusting the aspects required in maintenance activities.
