Abstract

Dalam Tugas akhir terapan ini mengambil studi kasus pada salah satu bangunan hotel yang terletak Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi, Jawa Barat 17550. Bangunan ini terdiri dari 13 lantai dan 1 atap dack beton. Bangunan ini dibangun pada tahun 2014 sehingga dalam perencanaannya menggunakan peraturan gempa SNI 1726-2012. Berubahnya nilai gempa pada peraturan gempa SNI 1726-2019, gedung ini perlu ditinjau ulang agar dapat meminimalisir risiko akibat bencana gempa bumi. Apabila tidak ditinjau, akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar baik secara materiil maupun korban jiwa. Dalam studi ini, bangunan akan dianalisis kekuatannya agar mengetahui apakah elemen struktur eksisting masih mampu memikul gaya-gaya dalam yang terjadi akibat adanya perubahan peraturan gempa. Pada elemen struktur akan dihitung ulang kapasitasnya dan mempertahankan bentuk eksisting karena bangunan sudah beroperasi. Dalam analisis ini menggunakan peraturan terbaru untuk perhitungan struktur dan pembebanan, sedangkan untuk beban gempa mengacu kepada peraturan gempa 2012 dan peraturan gempa 2019. Hasil analisis didapatkan kapasitas lentur pelat dan geser balok tidak memenuhi kapasitas yang yang diperlukan, sehingga dilakukan perkuatan. Perkuatan lentur pelat menggunakan Sika Carbodur berbentuk pelat tipis sedangkan perkuatan geser balok menggunakan Sika Wrap berbentuk serat fiber

In this applied final project, we did a case study on a hotel building located in South Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java 17550. This building is 13 story high with a concrete roof. This building was built in 2014 so that in its planning it utilizes the SNI 1726-2012 earthquake regulations. Changes in the value of the earthquake in the earthquake regulation SNI 1726-2019, the building needs to be reviewed in order to minimize the risk perpetrated by earthquakes. Lest it causing huge losses in both material and fatalities. In this study, the strength of the building will be analyzed in order to determine whether the existing structural elements are still able to withstand the internal forces that occur due to changes in earthquake regulations. The capacity of the structural elements will be recalibrated while still maintaining the existing form since the building is already operating. In this analysis, the building will be used latest regulations for structural calculations and loading, while the earthquake load refers to the 2012 earthquake regulations and 2019 earthquake regulations The results of the analysis showed that the flexural capacity of the slab and the shear of the beam did not meet the required capacity, so that reinforcement was carried out. The flexural reinforcement of the plate uses Sika Carbodur in the form of a thin plate, while the shear reinforcement of the beam uses Sika Wrap in the form of fiber
