Abstract

Kebutuhan primer dari manusia dan makluk hidup yang digunakan untuk beberapa fungsi, baik untuk keperluan sehari-hari maupun pemanfaatan energi. Sumber daya air dapat di bagi menjadi 2 sumber, yaitu sumber air permukaan dan sumber air tanah. Kuantitas air tanah menjadi salah satu aspek yang perlu di perhatikan karena keberadaan air didalam tanah yang mengisi rongga didalam tanah untuk menopang beban diatas permukaan. Potensi bencana jika terjadinya kekosongan pada rongga didalam tanah yang diisi oleh air sangat besar dan berakibat fatal. Pemerintah melakukan usaha untuk menjaga kelestarian air tanah dengan pasal 18 PP Nomor 43 Tahun 2008 tentang pengelolaan air tanah. PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras (PCS) salah satu perusahaan yang mengambil kebutuhan air dari air tanah. Pengambilan air tanah dilakukan secara mandiri oleh PT PCS dengan membuat sumur bor, yang kemudian diambil dan disimpan pada reservoir atau tandon milik PT PCS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan identifikasi pemakaian air tanah dan menilai pemakaian air tanah yang dilakukan di area PT PCS, sehingga dapat rencanakan upaya-upaya yang dapat diberikan dalam hal konservasi air tanah berdasarkan penilaian yang didapatkan.Dilakukan observasi dan wawancara diketahui pengambilan air tanah yang dilakukan tidak ada pencatatan dan perhitungan debit yang diambil, secara teknis air tanah diambil sesuai dengan kebutuhan reservoir atau tandon milik PT PCS. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) adalah sebuah organisasi non profit yang mempunyai sebuah produk sistem rating bernama Greenship. Sistem tersebut dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi, karakter alam serta peraturan dan standart yang berlaku di Indonesia. Salah satu aspek penilaian dari Greenship adalah Water Concervation (WAC) yang berperan dalam penilaian konservasi air pada gedung. Metode penelitian tentang penilaian Greenship v1.1 aspek Water Concervation Existing Building (WAC-EB) pada bangunan gedung kantor PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras adalah Metode pendekatan secara deskriptif pada gedung tinjauan. Hasil dari penelitian lapangan ini menghasilkan Pemakaian total air bersih di area PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras sebesar 425,75 m³ atau 425.750 L per bulan. sedangkan pemakaian air per orang pada gedung utama sebesar 72 L/orang.hari dan pada gedung barat sebesar 100 L/orang.hari. Setelah dilakukan penilaian pada PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras hanya mendapatkan 1 poin dari 20 poin maksimal pada Greenship Rating-Tools WAC v1.1. Telah diberikan rencana program rekomendasi dan solusi yang diberikan dengan potensi nilai sebesar 19 poin dan mendapat predikat Platinum pada kriteria Water Concervation. Dengan rencana pembiayaan investasi sebesar Rp 66.311.643,00.

Water resources can be divided into 2 sources, namely surface water sources and groundwater sources. The quantity of groundwater is one aspect that needs to be considered because of the presence of water in the soil that fills the voids in the soil to support the load above the surface. The potential for disaster if there is a void in the soil filled with water is very large and can be fatal. The government makes efforts to preserve groundwater with Article 18 PP Number 43 of 2008 concerning groundwater management. PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras (PCS) is a company that takes its water needs from groundwater. Groundwater extraction is carried out independently by PT PCS by drilling wells, which are then taken and stored in PT PCS's reservoir. The purpose of this study is to identify groundwater use and assess groundwater use in the PT PCS area, so that efforts can be planned in terms of groundwater conservation based on the assessment obtained. Observations and interviews were carried out, it was known that groundwater extraction was carried out without recording and calculating the discharge taken, technically the groundwater was taken according to the needs of PT PCS's reservoir or reservoir. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) is a non-profit organization that has a product rating system called Greenship. The system is designed taking into account the conditions, natural characteristics as well as regulations and standards that apply in Indonesia. One aspect of Greenship's assessment is water conservation (WAC) which plays a role in assessing water conservation in buildings. The research method on the assessment of Greenship v1.1 aspects of water conservation existing building (WAC-EB) in PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras office buildings is a descriptive approach method in the review building. The results of this field research resulted in the use of total clean water in the area of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras of 425,75 m³ or 425750 L per month. while the water consumption per person in the main building is 72 L/person. Per day and in the west building is 100 L/person.day. After being assessed, PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras only got 1 point out of a maximum of 20 points in Greenship Rating-Tools WAC v1.1. Then the implementation of the recommended program strategy and solutions provided a score of 19 points and received a Platinum predicate on the Water Conservation criteria. With an investment cost of IDR 66.311.643,00.
