Abstract
Pendidikan vokasi diciptakan berdasarkan suatu konsep ketenagakerjaan yang mengarah pada pelaksanaan pembangunan khususnya melalui industrialisasi. Salah satu tantangan terhadap hasil pendidikan adalah menyiapkan lulusan yang memuaskan bagi pengguna jasa. Oleh karena itu peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan prioritas kunci dalam peningkatan mutu, relevansi maupun effisiensi pendidikan. Pemahaman tentang permasalahan di dunia industri diharapkan dapat menunjang pengetahuan teoritis maupun praktis, sehingga mahasiswa dapat menjadi salah satu sumber daya manusia yang siap bersaing untuk menghadapi tantangan di era revolusi industri 5.0. Menyikapi hal tersebut Departemen Teknik Mesin Industri (DTMI) Fakultas Vokasi ITS menerapkan progam keterkaitan & kesepakatan (Link & Match), yaitu mengaitkan (to link) proses pendidikan dengan kebutuhan terampil yang sesuai dengan bursa ketenagakerjaan. Diperlukan kesadaran bahwasanya pendidikan adalah tanggung jawab pemerintah, masyarakat, keluarga, maupun swasta sehingga perlu adanya kerjasama yang padu antara semua unsur tersebut. Konsep tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi strategi yang lebih terarah dalam penanganan sumber daya yang masuk ke perguruan tinggi dan kualitas serta kuantitas output yang dihasilkan. Saya sebagai mahasiswa Teknik Mesin Industri ITS memilih PT Aneka Jasa Grhadika sebagai tempat pelaksanaan kerja praktik atau magang industry dengan pertimbangan PT Aneka Jasa Grhadika memiliki kualitas manajemen opersional yang baik sehingga dapat memberikan kami lebih banyak pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan bidang Teknik Mesin, terutama pada Teknologi Rekayasa Manufaktur

Vocational education was created based on a concept of employment that leads to the implementation of development, especially through industrialization. Therefore, improving the quality of human resources is a key priority in improving the quality, relevance and efficiency of education. An understanding of the problems in the industrial world is expected to support theoretical and practical knowledge, so that students can become one of the human resources who are ready to compete to face challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0. In response to this, the Department of Industrial Mechanical Engineering (DTMI), Faculty of Vocational Studies, IT applied the Link & Match program, which is to link the education process with skilled needs in accordance with the labor market. It is necessary to realize that education is the responsibility of the government, society, family, and the private sector so that there needs to be solid cooperation between all these elements. The concept is expected to be a more focused strategy in handling the resources that enter higher education and the quality and quantity of outputs produced. I as an ITS Industrial Mechanical Engineering student chose PT Aneka Jasa Grhadika as a place to carry out practical work or industrial internships with the consideration that PTeka Jasa Grhadika has good operational management quality so that it can provide us with more knowledge that is in accordance with the field of Mechanical Engineering, especially in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
