Abstract

Transformasi digital mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi global, termasuk Indonesia, dengan e-commerce sebagai sektor paling berkembang. Namun, hal ini tidak dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UKM yang tergabung di dalam komunitas untuk mengembangkan bisnis, khususnya dalam komunitas BMT yang menyebabkan juga sulitnya organisasi ini untuk menaikan kapasitas bisnisnya. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model bisnis yang mengintegrasikan BMT (Baitul Maal wat Tamwil), lembaga pendidikan bisnis, dan platform lokal guna membangun bisnis model dengan Value Proposition yang menciptakan efek saling menguntungkan dan menaikan kapasitas bisnis di komunitas BMT. Pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan Design Thinking digunakan untuk merancang solusi inovatif berbasis kebutuhan stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menemukan rancangan bisnis model baru dengan layanan berupa marketplace lokal O2O yang terintegrasi dengan jaringan komunitas, program pendampingan, logistik terjangkau, permodalan & pergudangan murah, dashboard monitoring digital untuk karyawan BMT, serta program loyalitas komunitas. Rancangan model bisnis ini, dapat menjadi salah satu solusi bagi BMT untuk menaikan kapasitas bisnis dan menciptakan efek yang saling menguntungkan di dalam komunitas

Digital transformation is driving global economic growth, including in Indonesia, with e-commerce as the fastest growing sector. However, this cannot be utilized by SMEs within communities to develop their businesses, especially in the BMT community, which also makes it difficult for these organizations to increase their business capacity. This study develops a business model that integrates BMT (Baitul Maal wat Tamwil), business education institutions, and local platforms to build a business model with a Value Proposition that creates a mutually beneficial effect and increases business capacity in the BMT community. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Design Thinking approaches are used to design innovative solutions based on stakeholder needs. The results of the study found a new business model design with services in the form of a local O2O marketplace integrated with the community network, a mentoring program, affordable logistics, low-cost capital & warehousing, a digital monitoring dashboard for BMT employees, and a community loyalty program. This business model design can be one solution for BMT to increase business capacity and create mutually beneficial effects within the community
