Abstract

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is a disease in which the body cannot use insulin effectively, resulting in elevated blood sugar levels. This condition is closely related to a person's lifestyle, particularly their consumption of sugary beverages that exceed recommended intake limits. A simulation game has been developed in which players can select an age range and create their own drinks by choosing from different types and amounts of sugar. Players will also receive feedback based on the drink they create, providing them with an understanding of sugar consumption control. This research aims to positively impact public awareness by helping individuals better understand the importance of regulating sugar intake to reduce the increasing prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
