Abstract
Pembangunan jaringan jalan tol sebagai bagian dari Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) terus didorong untuk mempercepat konektivitas antarwilayah, salah satunya melalui pekerjaan
Overpass STA 19+591 proyek Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi. Pada pekerjaan erection girder Overpass STA 19+591, digunakan elemen PCI girder yang membutuhkan metode
pelaksanaan yang tepat agar efisien dari sisi waktu, biaya, serta ruang kerja. Dua metode umum yang digunakan dalam erection PCI girder adalah crawler crane dan launcher gantry, yang masing-masing memiliki keunggulan dan keterbatasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
merencanakan kebutuhan alat berat serta membandingkan dua metode erection PCI girder pada proyek tersebut. Metode yang diterapkan mencakup perhitungan produktivitas alat, estimasi
biaya pekerjaan tanah, serta analisis komparatif terhadap kedua metode erection. Studi dilakukan melalui kombinasi data primer dan sekunder, analisis kuantitatif produktivitas, serta penyusunan jadwal pelaksanaan. Selain itu, visualisasi dalam bentuk animasi juga disiapkan
untuk memperjelas metode pelaksanaan di lapangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode launcher gantry memiliki durasi pelaksanaan yang lebih singkat, yakni 8 hari,
dibandingkan dengan metode crawler crane yang memerlukan waktu 12 hari. Namun, dari sisi biaya, metode crawler crane lebih ekonomis dengan total Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan
(RAP) sebesar Rp76,81 miliar, dibandingkan dengan metode launcher gantry yang mencapai Rp77,33 miliar. Dengan demikian, pemilihan metode erection PCI girder perlu
mempertimbangkan trade-off antara efisiensi waktu dan efektivitas biaya. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar pengambilan keputusan teknis yang lebih rasional dan strategis untuk proyek-proyek serupa di masa mendatang

The development of toll road networks as part of the National Strategic Project (PSN) continues to be promoted to enhance interregional connectivity, one of which is through the Probolinggo–Banyuwangi Toll Road project. In the erection work of the PCI girders for the Overpass at STA 19+591, an appropriate construction method is essential to ensure efficiency in terms of time, cost, and work space. Two commonly used methods for PCI girder erection
are the crawler crane and launcher gantry, each offering distinct advantages and limitations.
This study aims to plan the heavy equipment requirements and compare the two erection methods for the mentioned overpass project. The methodology includes calculating equipment
productivity, estimating earthwork costs, and conducting a comparative analysis of both erection methods. The study combines primary and secondary data, quanitative analysis of
productivity, and construction scheduling. The results show that the launcher gantry method requires a shorter execution time of 8 days, compared to 12 days with the crawler crane.
However, in terms of cost, the crawler crane method proves more economical, with a total Work Implementation Budget (RAP) of IDR 76.81 billion, compared to IDR 77.33 billion for the launcher gantry method. Therefore, selecting the appropriate PCI girder erection method should
consider the trade-off between time efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This study provides a rational and strategic basis for technical decision-making in similar infrastructure projects in the future
