Abstract

Bangunan komersial maupun rumah tinggal melalui berbagai tahapan proses perancangan agar tercipta sebuah proyek yang nyata. Laporan tugas akhir ini mencakup bagaimana penerapan 13 kompetensi Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI) dituangkan dalam dua proyek desain yang berbeda agar berlanjut sesuai dengan kualitas yang diinginkan. Proyek pertama yaitu Perancangan Kantor Adinsain, bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah ruang kerja sekaligus rumah tinggal dalam satu kawasan terpadu. Perancangan ini tidak hanya menjadi tempat untuk bekerja, tetapi juga menjadi cerminan gaya hidup profesional yang efisien dan modern. Sedangkan protek kedua adalah sebuah masterplan yang menggabungkan homestay pribadi untuk kebutuhan tempat tinggal serta kompleks villa untuk disewakan secara komersial. Ditunjang dengan berbagai fasilitas rekreatif seperti kolam renang, gym, spa, dan restoran.

Commercial building and residential homes go through various stages of development to create a design that can be implemented in a real-world project. This final project report outlines how the 13 competencies of the Indonesian Institute of Architect (IAI) are applied in two different design projects to ensure the meet the design quality standards. The first project, Adinsain Office Design aims to create a workspace that also serves as a residential area within an integrated complex. This design not only functions as a place to work but also reflects an efficient and modern professional lifestyle. The second project is a masterplan that combines a private homestay for residential needs with a villa complex intended for commercial rental purposes. This is supported by various recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, and restaurant.
