Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur dan fabrikasi struktur baja, salah satu produk andalan dari PT XYZ adalah tower transmisi listrik tegangan tinggi. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir pendapatan perusahaan meningkat signifikan, namun perusahaan mengalami penurunan persentase laba. Pada PT XYZ pencapaian kinerja hanya dinilai dari aspek keuangan saja dikarenakan perusahan belum memiliki sistem manajemen kinerja yang dapat mengukur kinerja dari aspek lain, untuk menerapkan perusahaan yang berkembang secara berkesinambungan perlu adanya penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja yang terukur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang business model baru dengan pendekatan blue ocean strategy serta membuat sistem manajemen kinerja perusahaan berbasis balanced scorecard (BSC) yang menghasilkan penilaian kinerja dari empat perspektif yaitu keuangan (financial), perspektif pelanggan (customer perspective), proses internal (internal process), pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan (learning and growth). Untuk merancang sistem manajemen kinerja yang baru perlu dilakukan analisis diferensisasi dengan perusahaaan pesaing menggunakan rancangan desain Business Model Canvas (BMC) dengan pendekatan Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). Dalam menentukan posisi persaingan perusahaan ditentukan 12 faktor persaingan untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan di dalam kanvas strategi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Business Model Canvas baru berdasarkan analisis diferensiasi dengan Blue Ocean Strategy yang menghasilkan strategy map perusahaan serta 14 sasaran strategis dan 16 key performance indicator level korporat. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang terukur sehingga perusahaan lebih fokus dalam mencapai target meningkatan laba perusahaan.

PT XYZ is a private owned company which run business as manufacture and fabrication of steel structures, one of the main products of PT XYZ is a high voltage power transmission tower. In recent years the company's revenue has increased significantly, but the profit percentage has decreased. PT.XYZ performance achievements are only assessed from the financial aspect because the company does not yet have a performance management system that can measure performance from other aspects, implementation of performance management system is needed to develope sustainable company. The research aims to design a new business model with blue ocean strategy approach and to create performance management system based on balanced scorecard, that appraisals from four perspectives : financial, customer perspective, internal process learning and growth. To design new performance management system, it is necessary to conduct a differentiation analysis with competitor using Business Model Canvas based on Blue Ocean Strategy approach. In determining the competitive position of the company, there are 12 competitive factors to determined company’s positions in the strategy canvas. This research obtained a new Business Model Canvas based on differentiation analysis with Blue Ocean Strategy approach, which obtained a company strategy map with 14 strategic targets and 16 key performance indicators at the corporate level. The result of this research obtained a measurable performance measurement system so the company is more focused on achieving the target of increasing company profits.
