Abstract

PT. IPMOMI menpakan perusahaan yang mengoperasikan proses produksi listrik di PLTU unit 7 dan 8 Paiton Probolinggo. Boiler dan proses pembakaran batubara didalamnya merupakan salah satu bagian proses produksi listrik yang pelu diperhatikan di power plant. Proses tersebut menghasilkan sisa pembakaran atau biasa disebut deposit yang berpengaruh pada effisiensi boiler serta komponen subsistem didalamnya seperti boiler tubing system. Didalam boiler terdapat ribuan tube yang perlu dijaga kondisinya baik permukaan luar maupun dalam agar transfer panas dalam boiler berjalan dengan baik. Sebuah strategi perencanaan perawatan sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk menjawab tantangan manajemen perawatan modem yang menghasilkan perusahaan menekan biaya - biaya yang inefisien. Strategi perencanaan perawatan yang baik harus mampu menentukan biaya optimum dari perawatan sehingga dapat mengefisienkan biaya serta mampu meningkatkan produksi dari perusahaan. Perawatan preventive maintenance dengan bermacammacam interval waktu tertentu akan menunjukkan reliabilitas yang berbeda-beda dari tiap-tiap boiler dan terbukti bisa memperpanjang umur dari boiler itu sendiri. Disamping itu dengan jadwal pembersihan deposit dari permukaan tube yang sesuai bisa juga menghemat biaya yang dikeluarkan seminimal mungkin

PT. IPMOMI operates the electricity production process at Paiton Probolinggo Power Plant Units 7 and 8. This process produces combustion residue, also known as deposits, which impact the efficiency of the boiler and its subsystem components, such as the boiler tubing system. Thousands of tubes within the boiler require maintenance, both internally and externally, to ensure proper heat transfer. A maintenance planning strategy is essential for companies to address the challenges of modern maintenance management, which can help reduce inefficient costs. A sound maintenance planning strategy must be able to determine the optimum maintenance cost, thereby streamlining costs and increasing production. Preventive maintenance at various intervals will demonstrate varying levels of reliability for each boiler and has been proven to extend the life of the boiler. In addition, with a suitable schedule for cleaning deposits from the tube surface, you can also save costs to a minimum
