Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia bisnis yang kompetitif, peran Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Sinarmas Mining Group telah bertransformasi menjadi mitra strategis. Divisi HR di Techconnect, khususnya tim Strategic Performance Management Office (SPMO), menghadapi tantangan dalam pemantauan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang masih manual dan analisis kualitas KPI yang terbatas pada perbandingan literal. Oleh karena itu, kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk merancang dashboard monitoring KPI yang efektif dan informatif, serta menerapkan analisis Natural Language Processing (NLP) untuk evaluasi KPI stagnan. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi perumusan masalah, studi literatur mengenai Performance Management, KPI, UI/UX, Prototyping Tools (Figma), Semantic Similarity Models (Sentence Transformers, Cosine Similarity), Data Science, dan Data Visualization (Python, Pandas, Matplotlib & Seaborn). Tahap analisis dan perancangan solusi melibatkan desain prototipe dashboard KPI di Figma dengan pendekatan user-centered design dan perancangan alur kerja skrip Python untuk analisis KPI stagnan menggunakan model SBERT all-MiniLM-L6-v2 dan metrik Cosine Similarity. Implementasi sistem mencakup pembuatan prototipe dashboard dan pengembangan skrip analisis NLP. Pengujian dan evaluasi dilakukan secara terpisah untuk memverifikasi fungsionalitas dashboard dan akurasi logika skrip analisis KPI stagnan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe dashboard KPI berhasil memenuhi kriteria fungsionalitas, desain antarmuka, dan pengalaman pengguna yang intuitif, serta mampu menyajikan informasi KPI yang relevan dengan indikator visual yang jelas. Skrip analisis KPI stagnan juga terbukti akurat dalam mengidentifikasi kemiripan makna antar KPI dan memvalidasi logika penandaan stagnasi berdasarkan skor similaritas dan kesamaan target kinerja. Secara keseluruhan, kerja praktik ini berhasil mengembangkan solusi digital yang mendukung manajemen kinerja tim SPMO Techconnect - Sinarmas Mining.

In line with the evolution of a competitive business landscape, the role of Human Resources (HR) at Sinarmas Mining Group has transformed into a strategic partner. The HR Division at Techconnect, specifically the Strategic Performance Management Office (SPMO) team, faces challenges regarding manual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and KPI quality analysis that is limited to literal comparisons. Consequently, this internship aims to design an effective and informative KPI monitoring dashboard and apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) analysis for the evaluation of stagnant KPIs. The methodology employed encompasses problem formulation and a literature review on Performance Management, KPIs, UI/UX, Prototyping Tools (Figma), Semantic Similarity Models (Sentence Transformers, Cosine Similarity), Data Science, and Data Visualization (Python, Pandas, Matplotlib & Seaborn). The analysis and solution design phase involved designing a KPI dashboard prototype in Figma using a user-centered design approach and devising a Python script workflow for stagnant KPI analysis using the SBERT all-MiniLM-L6-v2 model and Cosine Similarity metrics. System implementation entailed the creation of the dashboard prototype and the development of the NLP analysis script. Testing and evaluation were conducted separately to verify the dashboard's functionality and the accuracy of the stagnant KPI analysis script's logic.

The test results indicate that the KPI dashboard prototype successfully met the criteria for functionality, interface design, and intuitive user experience, while effectively presenting relevant KPI information with clear visual indicators. The stagnant KPI analysis script also proved accurate in identifying semantic similarity between KPIs and validating the stagnation flagging logic based on similarity scores and performance target consistency. Overall, this internship successfully developed a digital solution that supports the performance management of the SPMO team at Techconnect - Sinarmas Mining.
