Abstract

Konteks: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) atau Sistem Perencanaan Sumber Daya Perusahaan adalah sistem informasi yang mengintegrasikan semua informasi bisnis dalam suatu organisasi, memungkinkan kontrol proses dan sistem informasi terintegrasi. Keberhasilan implementasi sistem ERP ditentukan oleh pengaruh Critical Success Factor (CSF) yang didefinisikan selama implementasi sistem ERP, dengan karakteristik dalam penilaian keberhasilan implementasi ERP yaitu organisasi dan operasional bisnis di suatu perusahaan. ERP sudah banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan, salah satunya adalah penerapan ERP yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan Distributor Gas. Permasalahan: Pengimplementasian ERP memakan waktu bertahun-tahun untuk diselesaikan dengan biaya yang besar pada sebuah perusahaan, tidak hanya itu saja, dalam penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) selama ini masih kurang maksimal dan belum dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan yang signifikan. Perusahaan masih belum merasakan keefesienan dan keuntungan yang didapat dengan menggunakan ERP. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan evaluasi penerapan ERP. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi implementasi ERP pada Perusahaan Distributor Gas, sehingga dari evaluasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara signifikan. Metode: Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model lanjutan evaluasi dampak implementasi ERP pada Performance Indicator (PI). Model ini merupakan perpanjangan dari model gabungan dan Critical Sucsses Factors (CSF) implementasi ERP. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengamati kondisi kinerja implementasi ERP yang telah dilaksanakan. Wawancara ditujukan kepada karyawan yang menggunakan sistem ERP di perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pengkategorian dan dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan aggregate. Metode ini sudah dilakukan verifikasi dan diuji pada Perusahaan Distributor Gas. Hasil: Hasil penelitian Tugas Akhir ini adalah evaluasi implementasi ERP yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam meningkatkan kinerja ERP dalam perusahaan. Nilai Tambah: Sehingga dari evaluasi tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan perbaikan serta pengembangan sistem agar dapat memenuhi tujuan serta ekspektasi Perusahaan Distributor Gas terhadap implementasi ERP.

Context: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an information system that integrates all business information within an organization, enabling process control and integrated information systems. The success of ERP system implementation is determined by the influence of Critical Success Factors (CSF) which are defined during ERP system implementation, with characteristics in the assessment of ERP implementation success, namely organization and business operations in a company. ERP has been widely used by companies, one of which is the implementation of ERP by Oil Distributors. Problem: ERP implementation takes years to complete at a large cost to a company. Not only that, the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system so far is still not optimal and has not been able to significantly improve company performance. Companies still do not feel the efficiency and benefits of using ERP. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of ERP. Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of ERP in Oil Distributor Companies.So from this evaluation can improve the company's performance significantly. Method: The model used in this study is an advanced model for evaluating the impact of ERP implementation on Performance Indicators (PI) which is an extension of the combined model and Critical Success Factors (CSF) ERP implementation. Observations were made by observing the performance conditions of the ERP implementation that had been implemented. Interviews were addressed to employees who use the company's ERP system. The method used for data processing in this study is pengkategorian and followed by aggregate calculations. This method has been validated and tested on gas distributor companies. Result: The result of this final project is an evaluation of ERP implementation which is used as a reference in improving ERP performance within the company. Added Value: So that the evaluation can be used as a reference by the company to make improvements and develop the system in order to meet the goals and expectations of the Oil Distributor Company towards ERP implementation.
