Abstract
Proyek Bendungan Karangnongko merupakan salah satu proyek strategis nasional dengan tingkat kompleksitas tinggi, khususnya pada struktur pintu pembilas yang krusial untuk pengendalian sedimen. Kompleksitas tersebut menuntut penjadwalan terintegrasi guna menghindari keterlambatan dan pembengkakan biaya. Meskipun teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) menawarkan solusi efisiensi, implementasi teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) dalam proyek infrastruktur sumber daya air di Indonesia masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kembali penjadwalan yang berbasis BIM di proyek Bendungan Karangnongko, khususnya pada pintu pembilas, dengan membandingkan dua metode penjadwalan yang disesuaikan dengan jadwal rencana eksisting dan metode literatur pada standar Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemodelan 3D dengan Autodesk Revit® For Students berdasarkan gambar proyek untuk menghitung volume pekerjaan. Data volume tersebut kemudian berfungsi untuk menganalisis produktivitas tenaga kerja guna mengestimasi durasi setiap item pekerjaan. Dilanjutkan dengan menghubungkan antar pekerjaan untuk menghasilkan penjadwalan dengan urutan aktivitas pekerjaan (sequencing), serta penggabungan penjadwalan dan pemodelan 3D menggunakan Autodesk Navisworks® For Students guna menghasilkan simulasi visualisasi konstruksi berbasis waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa total durasi penjadwalan dengan metode yang disesuaikan dengan jadwal rencana eksisting adalah 413 hari, sedangkan metode literatur AHSP adalah 533 hari. Terdapat selisih sebesar 120 hari atau sekitar 23% berdasarkan kedua metode tersebut.

The Karangnongko Dam Project is one of the nation's strategic projects with a high level of complexity, particularly in the structure of the spillway gates, which are crucial for sediment control. This complexity requires integrated scheduling to avoid delays and cost overruns. Although Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology offers efficiency solutions, the implementation of BIM technology in water resource infrastructure projects in Indonesia is still limited. Therefore, this study aims to reanalyze BIM-based scheduling in the Karangnongko Dam project, particularly for the spillway, by comparing two scheduling methods adapted from the existing schedule and the literature method in the Standard Unit Price Analysis. The methods used include 3D modeling with Autodesk Revit® For Students based on project drawings to calculate the volume of work. The volume data is then used to analyze labor productivity to estimate the duration of each work item. This is followed by linking jobs to produce scheduling with the sequence of job activities, as well as combining scheduling and 3D modeling using Autodesk Navisworks® For Students to produce time-based construction visualization simulations. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: the total scheduling duration using the method adapted to the existing schedule is 413 days, while the AHSP literature method is 533 days. There is a difference of 120 days or about 23% based on the two methods.
