Abstract

Penerapan Lean Construction di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan konsistensi, integrasi, dan pencapaian continuous improvement. Tuntutan peningkatan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan konstruksi, serta masih terbatasnya implementasi Lean Construction yang efektif di Indonesia mendorong kebutuhan terhadap penelitian lanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kunci keberhasilan yang memengaruhi kinerja Lean Construction serta menentukan faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja Lean Construction pada proyek gedung bertingkat tinggi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan studi literatur untuk merumuskan variabel dan indikator penelitian, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berskala Likert, serta analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM- PLS). Evaluasi dilakukan melalui uji measurement model untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas indikator serta structural model untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel laten. Sebanyak 360 kuesioner disebarkan kepada profesional proyek yang berpengalaman dalam proyek gedung bertingkat tinggi yang menerapkan Lean Construction, dengan 125 responden valid yang digunakan dalam analisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Lean Construction dibentuk oleh Komitmen & Keterlibatan Manajemen yang tercermin melalui lean leadership, Pengembangan SDM melalui knowledge management dalam organisasi, Komunikasi dan Kolaborasi melalui kejelasan peran dalam lean, Fokus Klien Internal melalui identifikasi dan optimalisasi value, serta Perencanaan Teknis & Continuous Improvement melalui dokumentasi dan standardisasi proses. Perencanaan Teknis & Continuous Improvement pengaruh langsungnya paling besar terhadap Kinerja Lean Construction sebesar 58%. Di sisi lain, Teknis Perencanaan & Continuous Improvement yang diawali dengan Pengembangan SDM, pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Lean Construction lebih kecil menjadi sebesar 28,8%. Disusul faktor pengaruh langsung terbesar kedua oleh Komunikasi dan Kolaborasi terhadap Kinerja Lean Construction sebesar 28,8%.

The implementation of Lean Construction in Indonesia continues to face challenges related to consistency, integration, and the achievement of continuous improvement. The growing demand for efficiency and sustainability in the construction industry, along with the limited effectiveness of Lean Construction implementation in Indonesia, highlights the need for further research. This study aims to analyze the critical success factors influencing Lean Construction performance and to identify the dominant factors that enhance Lean Construction performance in high-rise building projects in DKI Jakarta Province. The research methodology employs a literature review approach to formulate research variables and indicators, data collection through Likert-scale questionnaires, and analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The evaluation is conducted through outer model testing to assess the validity and reliability of indicators and inner model analysis to examine the relationships among latent variables. A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed to project professionals experienced in high-rise building projects and Lean Construction implementation, with 125 valid responses used for further analysis. The results indicate that Lean Construction performance is shaped by Management Commitment and Involvement as reflected in lean leadership, Human Resource Development through organizational knowledge management, Communication and Collaboration through role clarity in lean practices, Internal Client Focus through value identification and optimization, and Technical Planning & Continuous Improvement through process documentation and standardization. Technical Planning & Continuous Improvement has the greatest direct influence on Lean Construction Performance at 58%. On the other hand, Technical Planning & Continuous Improvement which begins with Human Resource Development, its influence on Lean Construction Performance is smaller at 28,8%. Followed by the second largest direct influence factor by Communication and Collaboration on Lean Construction Performance at 28,8%.
