Abstract
Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan permasalahan yang masih sering terjadi dan menjadi tantangan dalam upaya peningkatan keselamatan jalan di Kabupaten Sleman. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu analisis untuk mengidentifikasi ruas jalan yang memiliki tingkat risiko kecelakaan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas serta menentukan daerah rawan kecelakaan (black site) dan titik rawan kecelakaan (black spot) pada beberapa ruas jalan di Kabupaten Sleman.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder kecelakaan lalu lintas tahun 2020–2023 yang diperoleh dari Polres Sleman, serta data lalu lintas dari Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sleman. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode Z-Score, Cumulative Summary (CUSUM), dan Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) untuk menentukan lokasi black site. Selanjutnya, metode CUSUM digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi titik black spot, sedangkan pemetaan sebaran kecelakaan dilakukan dengan bantuan Google Earth. Hasil analisis Z-Score menunjukkan bahwa ruas Jalan Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1, Jalan Yogyakarta–Kaliurang, dan Jalan Prambanan–Piyungan memiliki nilai masing-masing sebesar 5,16 ; 4,56; dan 2,64, sehingga termasuk dalam kategori daerah rawan kecelakaan. Berdasarkan analisis CUSUM, nilai kumulatif kecelakaan pada ruas Jalan Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1 sebesar 280,13, Jalan Yogyakarta–Kaliurang sebesar 243,26, dan Jalan Prambanan–Piyungan sebesar 146,27. Hasil perhitungan EAN menunjukkan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada ruas Jalan Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1 sebesar 1872, diikuti oleh Jalan Yogyakarta–Kaliurang sebesar 1587 dan Jalan Prambanan–Piyungan sebesar 1005.Identifikasi titik rawan kecelakaan (black spot) menunjukkan bahwa lokasi KM 1–2 pada ruas Jalan Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1, KM 6–7 pada ruas Jalan Yogyakarta–Kaliurang, serta KM 6–7 pada ruas Jalan Prambanan–Piyungan merupakan titik dengan tingkat kerawanan kecelakaan tertinggi.

Traffic accidents remain one of the major problems in efforts to improve road safety in Sleman Regency. Therefore, an analysis is required to identify road sections with a high level of accident risk. This study aims to analyze traffic accident levels and to identify accident-prone areas (black sites) and accident-prone points (black spots) on several road sections in Sleman Regency.The data used in this study consist of secondary traffic accident data from 2020 to 2023 obtained from the Sleman Police, as well as traffic data from the Sleman Regency Transportation Agency. The analysis was carried out using the Z-Score, Cumulative Summary (CUSUM), and Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) methods to determine black site locations. Furthermore, the CUSUM method was applied to identify black spots, while the spatial distribution of accidents was visualized using Google Earth.The results of the Z-Score analysis indicate that the Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1 Road, Yogyakarta–Kaliurang Road, and Prambanan–Piyungan Road recorded Z-Score values of 5.16, 4.56, and 2.64, respectively, and were classified as accident-prone road sections. Based on the CUSUM analysis, the cumulative accident values for the Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1 Road, Yogyakarta–Kaliurang Road, and Prambanan–Piyungan Road were 280.13, 243.26, and 146.27, respectively. Meanwhile, the EAN analysis showed the highest value on the Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1 Road (1872), followed by the Yogyakarta–Kaliurang Road (1587) and the Prambanan–Piyungan Road (1005).The identification of accident-prone points (black spots) shows that STA 1–2 on the Yogyakarta–Kebonagung 1 Road, STA 6–7 on the Yogyakarta–Kaliurang Road, and STA 6–7 on the Prambanan–Piyungan Road are locations with the highest accident risk.
