Abstract
Aluminosilikat mesopori telah berhasil disintesis dengan prekursor kaolin Bangka dan lerak sebagai templat organik. Pada penelitian ini, sintesis dilakukan dengan variasi Si/Al= (30,40,50,60) dan juga metode alkali fusi sebagai adsorben pada adsorpsi metilen biru. Sintesis Aluminosilikat mesopori dilakukan dengan metode hidrotermal pada suhu 100°C. Hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi menggunakan instrumen XRD, FTIR, SEM-EDX, Adsorpsidesorpsi N2. Hasil karakterisasi Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) menunjukkan gugus fungsi Aluminosilikat mesopori dan X-ray Diffraction (XRD) menunjukkan terbentuknya struktur amorf pada material. Karakterisasi menggunakan SEM menunjukkan bentuk tidak beraturan menunjukkan material amorf. Karakterisasi dengan adsorpsi-desorpsi N2 menunjukkan isoterm adsorpsi tipe IV yang mengindikasikan terbentuknya mesopori. Luas permukaan mesopori dan volume mesopori dan diameter pori tertinggi diperoleh pada material Aluminosilikat Mesopori AF sebesar 237,67 m2; 0,63 cm3/g; 12 nm. AF Aluminosilikat Mesopori digunakan untuk Adsorpsi terhadap zat warna metilen biru. AF Aluminosilikat Mesopori mengikuti isotermal Freundlich dengan Kapasitas maksimum 46,86mg/g dengan waktu kontak 60 menit dengan dosis adsorben 5 mg pada temperatur ruang.===================================================================================================================================
Mesoporous aluminosilicates have been successfully synthesized with Kaolin Bangka as precursors and Lerak as Organic templates. The synthesis was carried out with variations of Si/Al=(30, 40, 50, 60) and also the Alkali Fusion method as a catalyst for the adsorption of methylene blue in this study. Mesoporous aluminosilicate synthesis was carried out by hydrothermal method at 100 °C. The results of the synthesis were characterized using XRD, FTIR, SEM-EDX, N2 adsorption-desorption instruments. The results of the Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) characterization showed mesoporous Aluminosilicate functional groups and X-ray Diffraction (XRD) indicated the formation of amorphous structures in the material. Characterization using SEM showed amorphous material. Characterization by N2 adsorption-desorption showed a type IV adsorption isotherm that developed mesoporous formation. The highest mesoporous surface area and mesoporous volume and pore diameter were obtained in the Mesoporous Aluminosilicate AF sample of 237.67 m2; 0.63 cm3/g; 12 nm. AF Mesoporous Aluminosilicate is used for Adsorption of methylene blue dyes. AF Mesoporous Aluminosilicate following Freundlich isothermal with a maximum capacity of
46,86 mg/g with a contact time of 60 minutes with a catalyst dose of 5 mg at room temperature.
