Abstract

Keinginan konsumen terhadap perusahaan dalam menghasilkan produk yang dapat dipercaya dan mempunyai kualitas yang tinggi semakin meningkat. Kemampuan dan fungsi dari produk yang dihasilkan yang semakin meningkat membuat perusahaan sulit untuk memelihara keandalan mutunya. Pada umumnya keandalan dari produk dapat diperoleh melalui serangkaian pengujian yang banyak dan menggunakan seperti model probabilistic. Teknik atau cara tersebut telah lama dilakukan untuk membangun langkah-langkah perbaikan di perusahaan. Hal tersebut merupakan tantangan dalam mendisain kualitas dan keandalan produk dalam sebuah siklus pengembangan diperusahaan. Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) adalah metode evaluasi yang digunakan untuk menemukan efek dari kegagalan suatu sistem dan melakukan antisipasi berdasarkan prioritas kegagalannya. Hal ini merupakan suatu langkah yang rumit untuk mengantisipasi apa yang mungkin menyimpang dari suatu produk. Untuk mengantisipasi setiap kegagalan tidaklah mungkin dilakukan, team pengembangan perlu membuat daftar rumusan yang sama dari semua potensi penyebab kegagalan yang mungkin terjadi. Hasil dari implementasi FMEA dengan menjalankan perbaikan berdasarkan prioritas adalah berupa penurunan defect yang konsisten. Hal ini terjadi karena perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah tindakan pencegahan terjadinya defect. Pada saat ini perusahaan dihadapkan untuk membenahi kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Hal ini terkait dengan complain yang sering diberikan oleh consumer pada perusahaan ini. Sebagai sebuah industri pengepakan susu yang mendapatkan order dari sebuah perusahaan Multinasional yaitu sebagai suplier tunggal maka ketentuan yang diberikan adalah total /osses yang dihasilkan adalah maksimal dua persen (2%). Apabila melebihi dari nilai tersebut maka pihak perusahaan harus mengganti karena supplier sudah tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap kelebihannya. Selama ini total /osses yang dihasilkan melebihi dari ketentuan tersebut rata-rata diatas 7%. Untuk itu perusahaan berupaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode FMEA sebagai salah satu cara yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi.

The mentioned represent the challenge in designing quality and product reliability in a cycle of company development. Failure of Mode of And Effect Analysis ( FMEA) is evaluation method used to find the effect from failure of a system and do the anticipation of pursuant to its failure priority. This matter represent an complicated step to anticipate what possible digress from a product. To anticipate every failure is not possible conducted, team development require to list the same formula from all potency of failure cause which possible happened. Result from implementation FMEA by running repair of pursuant to priority is in the form of consistent degradation defect. This matter is happened because repair of taken is precaution of the happening of defect At the moment company confronted to correct the yielded product quality. This matter is relevant with the complain which often given by consumer at this company. As a industry of milk packing getting order from a multinational that is as single suplier hence rule given is totalizeing losses yielded by maximal two gratuity ( 2%). If exceeding from the value hence side the company have to change because supplier have irresponsible to its excess. During the time totalize the losses yielded exceed from the rule of above mean 7%. For that company cope to overcome the problems by using method FMEA as one of way correct infinishing problems that happened.
