Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional dan daerah, termasuk di Kabupaten Jombang, di mana efisiensi pengelolaan usaha menjadi faktor penting bagi keberlanjutan pedagang kuliner di Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Ahmad Dahlan pasca relokasi. Efisiensi mencerminkan kemampuan pedagang memanfaatkan sumber daya secara optimal untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha di lingkungan yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat efisiensi UMKM di SWK Ahmad Dahlan Jombang serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dalam mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap 78 pedagang kuliner sebagai Decision Making Unit (DMU), ditentukan melalui purposive sampling dengan rumus Slovin (margin of error 10%) dari populasi 340 UMKM. Efisiensi diukur menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model BCC berorientasi output dengan asumsi Variable Returns to Scale (VRS), dengan variabel input (modal awal, biaya bahan baku) dan output (pendapatan, jumlah produksi), dilanjutkan regresi logistik biner untuk mengidentifikasi variabel berpengaruh terhadap status efisiensi. Hasil menunjukkan dari 78 DMU, 16 DMU mencapai efisiensi penuh, sedangkan 62 DMU tidak efisien, dengan rata-rata skor efisiensi 0,719 atau 71,9% dari kondisi optimal. Regresi logistik biner mengonfirmasi modal awal, biaya bahan baku, dan pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap status efisiensi teknis pedagang.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national and regional economies, including in Jombang Regency, where operational efficiency is a key factor for the sustainability of food vendors at the Ahmad Dahlan Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) following its relocation. Efficiency reflects the vendors’ ability to optimally utilize resources to support business sustainability in their new environment. This study aims to determine the level of MSME efficiency at the Ahmad Dahlan Culinary Tourism Center in Jombang, as well as the factors influencing it in supporting MSME sustainability. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach involving 78 food vendors as Decision Making Units (DMUs), selected through purposive sampling using the Slovin formula (with a 10% margin of error) from a population of 340 MSMEs. Efficiency was measured using the output-oriented BCC model of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) under the assumption of Variable Returns to Scale (VRS), with input variables (initial capital, raw material costs) and output variables (revenue, production volume), followed by binary logistic regression to identify variables influencing efficiency status. The results show that out of 78 DMUs, 16 achieved full efficiency, while 62 were inefficient, with an average efficiency score of 0.719, or 71.9% of the optimal level.
