Abstract
Seiring perkembangan teknologi banyak perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa konstruksi yang merencanakan suatu bangunan gedung dengan menggunakan berbagai macam metode dan strategi. Salah satu metode dan strategi untuk mencapai target penyelesaian yang tepat waktu, menghasilkan kualitas bangunan yang kokoh dan indah yakni dengan menggunakan bekisting Aluminium Formwork. Untuk menghasilkan kualitas komponen struktur seperti balok kolom, pelat diperlukan keahlian khusus dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan tersebut. Bekisting mempunyai nilai penting sebagai cetakan formwork untuk membentuk dimensi komponen-komponen struktur yang telah direncanakan. Metode penelitian pembangunan rumah susun yang ditinjau dalam tugas akhir ini yaitu proyek pembangunan rumah susun Daan Mogot Tower H lantai 1 sampai lantai 9 dengan menggunakan metode Aluminium Formwork pada penggunaan bekistingnya. Batasan pada tugas akhir ini meliputi metode pelaksanaan, penjadwalan proyek, dan estimasi biaya konstruksi pada pekerjaan struktur atas, meliputi : balok, kolom, sloof, pelat lantai, dan shear wall. Metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan direncanakan menggunakan alat berat (bulldozer, vibration roller, crane, dump truck, excavator), dan juga menggunakan alat bantu (bar bender, bar cutter, concrete pump, concrete bucket, dan concrete vibrator), serta tenaga kerja (surveyor, mandor, tukang, dan tenaga ahli).

As the technology improvement nowadays is remarkably developed, construction companies are developing many methods and strategy on constructing a building. In order to finish the clearances on time, build a beautiful and solid building, there is one method and strategy called “Bekisting” Aluminum Formwork. To build a qualified structural components such as block column, plate, remarkable skill is indeed a priority to get the job done. The formwork (Beksiting) itself hold an important role as a place to form structure’s components dimension as in the plan. The method used in this final research called Aluminum Formwork Method that is applied on the formwork construction of Daan Mogot Tower H from first floor to nine. This research focus on implementation method, schedule and construction cost estimation upon structural task such as: blocks, columns, sloof, floor plates and shear wall. The implementation method of construction is carried by the usage of heavy equipment (bulldozer, vibration roller, crane, dump truck, excavator), and also a tool set (bar bender, bar cutter, concrete pump, concrete bucket and concrete vibrator), and humane resource (surveyor, foreman, workers and experts).
