Abstract
Kepatuhan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Privat (SAK EP) pada koperasi retail mensyaratkan pencatatan transaksi yang cepat dan akurat. Adaptasi terhadap sistem ERP manufaktur sebelumnya menunjukkan empat batasan operasional: (1) pengaturan pemetaan akun yang kaku, (2) kelambatan pemrosesan data pada volume transaksi tinggi, (3) ketiadaan mekanisme pembatalan otomatis yang memicu ketidaksinkronan data operasional dengan pembukuan, dan (4) keharusan pengguna untuk memuat ulang layar secara berulang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perancangan ulang arsitektur diterapkan dengan solusi yang berkorespondensi langsung. Pertama, batasan pemetaan diselesaikan melalui fitur pengaturan akun dinamis berbasis multi-penyewa. Kedua, kelambatan operasional diatasi menggunakan arsitektur paralel dan metode perhitungan presisi tinggi. Ketiga, ketidaksinkronan data dicegah melalui sistem pembatalan transaksi otomatis yang membatalkan transaksi kasir jika pencatatan akuntansi mengalami kegagalan. Keempat, beban navigasi diturunkan dengan merancang antarmuka terpusat menggunakan jendela dokumen berlapis dan fitur penyelesaian aksi cepat. Evaluasi terhadap 104 parameter kasus uji fungsional dan non-fungsional menunjukkan tingkat kelulusan 100%, yang membuktikan keberhasilan tiap solusi perancangan. Terkait pemetaan akun, sistem terbukti terisolasi dengan aman dan berhasil memblokir upaya akses data silang antar-koperasi. Terkait kinerja pemrosesan, arsitektur usulan secara kuantitatif mampu mencapai kapasitas optimal 928 permintaan per detik pada rentang beban 300 pengguna bersamaan, mempercepat waktu penyajian laporan dari 2.426 milidetik menjadi 34 milidetik, serta menekan konsumsi memori server hingga 94%. Terkait sinkronisasi, integritas data terbukti tetap sinkron tanpa menyisakan data kasir yang tidak sinkron meskipun terjadi pemutusan pangkalan data secara paksa. Terakhir, pada sisi pengguna, antarmuka berlapis terbukti mampu mengurangi durasi penyelesaian tugas sebesar 27,8% per siklus transaksi, yang selaras dengan tingkat penerimaan staf sebesar 100% serta tercapainya waktu muat halaman aplikasi yang responsif dan aman dari kebocoran data awal.

Compliance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Private Entities (SAK EP) in retail cooperatives requires fast and accurate transaction recording. The adaptation of the previous manufacturing ERP system revealed four operational limitations: (1) rigid account mapping, (2) data processing delays during high transaction volumes, (3) the absence of an automatic cancellation mechanism leading to desynchronization between operational and accounting data, and (4) the necessity for users to repeatedly reload application screens. To address these issues, the system architecture was redesigned with corresponding solutions. First, the mapping limitation was resolved through a dynamic, multi-tenant account configuration feature. Second, operational delays were overcome using a parallel architecture and high-precision calculation methods. Third, data desynchronization was prevented through an automatic transaction cancellation system that cancels cashier transactions if accounting recording fails. Fourth, the navigation burden was reduced by designing a centralized interface utilizing multi-layered document windows and quick resolution action features. Evaluation of 104 functional and non-functional test parameters demonstrated a 100% pass rate, proving the e!ectiveness of each design solution. Regarding account mapping, the system proved to be securely isolated, successfully blocking cross-data access attempts between cooperatives. Regarding processing performance, the proposed architecture quantitatively achieved an optimal capacity of 928 requests per second under a load of 300 concurrent users, accelerated report presentation time from 2,426 milliseconds to 34 milliseconds, and reduced server memory consumption by up to 94%. Regarding synchronization, data integrity was successfully maintained without leaving unsynchronized cashier data even during forced database disconnections. Finally, on the user side, the multi-layered interface empirically reduced task completion duration by 27.8% per transaction cycle, which aligns with a 100% sta! acceptance rate and the achievement of responsive application load times that prevent initial data leaks.
