Abstract
Start Work Check adalah proses pengecekan persiapan kerja sebelum aktivitas konstruksi berisiko tinggi dimulai. Proses start work check (SWC) di PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan telah mengimplementasikan transformasi digital dalam bentuk aplikasi digital check list berbasis mobile. Keberhasilan implementasi transformasi digital pada bidang konstruksi ini menarik untuk diteliti sehingga dapat diimplementasikan pada proses proyek konstruksi lainnya. Penelitian ini membahas penerimaan dan kepuasan pekerja proyek konstruksi di PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan terhadap aplikasi mobile untuk proses Start Work Check (SWC). Model gabungan TAM, UTAUT, dan DeLone & McLean dipilih karena memberikan penilaian yang lebih menyeluruh tentang penerimaan pengguna, kepuasan pengguna dan keberhasilan sistem. TAM menjelaskan kemudahan penggunaan dan kegunaan yang dirasakan dari sudut pandang user, UTAUT menangkap faktor organisasi seperti harapan kinerja, pengaruh sosial, dan infrastruktur pendukung, dan DeLone & McLean mengevaluasi keberhasilan sistem melalui dimensi kualitas, kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan aktual, dan manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif melalui survei, dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Studi ini menghasilkan identifikasi penerimaan user menggunakan aplikasi SWC dipengaruhi niat perilaku pengguna dan fasilitas pendukung. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh lebih besar terhadap kepuasan pengguna dibandingkan kualitas software dan kualitas informasi.

Start Work Check is a process for checking work preparation before high-risk construction activities begin. The start work check (SWC) process at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan has implemented digital transformation in the form of a mobile-based digital checklist application. The successful implementation of digital transformation in the construction sector is interesting to study so that it can be implemented in other construction project processes. This study discusses the acceptance and satisfaction of project execution workers towards mobile SWC for the Start Work Check (SWC) process. The combined TAM, UTAUT, and DeLone & McLean model was selected because it offers a more comprehensive assessment of user acceptance, user satisfaction and system success. TAM explains perceived ease of use and usefulness, UTAUT captures organizational drivers such as performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, and DeLone & McLean evaluates system success through quality dimensions, user satisfaction, actual use, and net benefits. The research was conducted quantitatively through a survey, with hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. This study identifies that User Acceptance of the SWC Application is influenced by user Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Condition. It also identifies that Service Quality has a greater impact on User Satisfaction than Software Quality or Information Quality.
