Abstract

Pembangunan gedung beton bertulang bertingkat memiliki volume pekerjaan pelat lantai yang besar sehingga pemilihan metode pelaksanaan pelat berpengaruh terhadap durasi pekerjaan, penggunaan material, dan mutu konstruksi. Metode pelaksanaan pelat secara konvensional cenderung membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan yang lebih panjang serta penggunaan bekisting kayu yang besar, sehingga dikaji alternatif metode pelaksanaan berupa pelat beton pracetak half slab. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu PPNS di Kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya dengan volume pelat lantai sebesar 600,76 m³, yang bertujuan menganalisis penerapan metode precast half slab serta menyusun perencanaan metode precast half slab berdasarkan pendekatan prinsip konstruksi hijau sesuai acuan kriteria Greenship New Building v1.2 kategori MRC dengan menggunakan data volume dan jenis material pelat lantai. analisis dilakukan melalui perencanaan dan juga perhitungan diantaranya perhitungan volume, perhitungan produktivitas, durasi, dan yang terakhir adalah perhitungan rencana anggaran pelaksanaan. Didapatkan perbedaan durasi pekerjaan selama 5 minggu lebih cepat dengan metode precast half slab, namun juga memberikan kenaikan biaya yang signifikan sebesar Rp659.341.074 atau 5,19 %. Metode precast half slab juga mendukung penerapan prinsip konstruksi hijau melalui penggunaan material prefabrikasi sebesar 34% dari total nilai material proyek. Selain itu, proyek ini juga berhasil merencanakan ketercapaian poin skema hijau sesuai dengan Greenship New Building v1.2 kategori MRC dengan 10 poin dari 14 poin total.

The construction of multi-storey reinforced concrete buildings involves a large amount of floor slab work, so the choice of slab construction method affects project duration, material use, and construction quality. Conventional slab methods usually require more time and a large amount of timber formwork, therefore an alternative method using a precast half slab system is considered. This study was carried out on the Gedung Kuliah Terpadu PPNS project at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, with a total floor slab volume of 600.76 m³. The study aims to analyze the application of the precast half slab method and to prepare the planning of the precast half slab method using a green construction principles approach, referring to the Greenship New Building v1.2 Material Resource and Cycle (MRC) criteria, based on floor slab material types and volume data. The analysis was carried out through planning and several calculations, including volume calculation, productivity analysis, construction duration calculation, and project execution cost estimation. The results showed that the precast half slab method reduced the construction duration by 5 weeks compared with the conventional method. However, it also increased the project execution cost by IDR 659.341.074 or 5,19%. Furthermore, the precast half slab method supported the implementation of green construction principles through the use of prefabricated materials amounting to 34% of the total project material value. In addition, the project successfully achieved 10 out of 14 points under the Greenship New Building v1.2 Material Resources and Cycle (MRC) assessment.
