Abstract

Sampai saat ini, pihak manajemen Perjan Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Rujukan Cipto Mangunkusumo belum dapat mengetahui utilisasi sebenarnya dari kamar bedah yang terdapat di Instalasi Bedah Pusat. Selama jam kerja normal, selama ini hanya dilaporkan bahwa masing-masing kamar bedah beroperasi rata-rata dua kali per hari atau dapat disebut dua ronde per hari. Untuk mengetahui utilisasi dan kapasitas kamar bedah yang sebenarnya, dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan teknik simulasi dengan menetapkan model berdasarkan sistem yang berjalan saat ini. Hasil perhitungan diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan objektif mengenai utilisasi kamar bedah dan kapasitas yang tersedia, dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah pasien, pola kedatangan pasien (antrian), serta sistem operasional yang berjalan. Berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi yang ada, teknik simulasi digunakan dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak PROMOD yang selain dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis kuantitatif, juga mampu memvisualisasikan pola sistem yang berjalan, mulai dari pasien datang, menunggu, hingga pasien selesai menjalani operasi.

Until now, the management of Cipto Mangunkusumo Central Referral Public Hospital has been unable to determine the actual utilization of the operating rooms at the Central Surgery Installation. During normal working hours, it has only been reported that each operating room operates an average of two times per day, or two rounds per day. To determine the actual utilization and capacity of the operating rooms, a simulation technique is used by developing a model based on the current operating system. The results are expected to provide accurate and objective information regarding operating room utilization and available capacity by considering the number of patients, patient arrival patterns and queuing processes, as well as the existing operating system. Based on the existing situation and conditions, the simulation technique is implemented using PROMOD software. This software is capable of performing quantitative analysis as well as visualizing the operational system, from the arrival and waiting of patients to the completion of surgical procedures.
