Abstract

Jawa Timur saat ini tengah melaksanakan pekerjaan besar, pembangunan Jalan Tol Mojokerto - Kertosono kabupaten Jombang. Keberadaan jalan tol ini akan memperlancar lalu lintas barang dan jasa, jalan tol ini akan menjadi pembangkit perubahan ekonomi bagi daerah di sekitarnya. Pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat yang meningkat mengakibatkan peningkatan akan pengguna jalan sehingga dibutuhkan penggunaan sumber daya meliputi material, penggunaan tenaga kerja, penggunaan peralatan, biaya maupun sistem metodologi pelaksanaan. Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan diwujudkan dalam bentuk laporan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya, daftar harga satuan pekerjaan Kota Surabaya 2011, pembuatan jaringan kerja (network planning), dan pembuatan rencana kerja (time schedule) sehingga akan didapat kurva S yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan. Dengan memperoleh manajemen pelaksanaan yang tepat maka didapatkan Biaya total pelaksanaan proyek (Ms Project) Rp. 170.193.835.238,00, sedangkan dalam perhitungan RAB didapat Rp. 129.814.858.800,00, dengan Waktu pelaksanaan proyek 175 Hari.

The existence of this toll road will facilitate the movement of goods and services, this highway will be a generator of economic change for the area around it. The increasing economic growth will lead to increased road users and therefore requires the use of resources including materials, use of labor, equipment usage, cost and system implementation methodology. From the calculations carried out calculations realized in the form of reports budget plan, listing the unit price of the work of Surabaya in 2011, manufacturing employment network (network planning), and making the work plan (time schedule) will be obtained so that the S curve that can be used as a reference in the development implementation. By obtaining the proper implementation of the management obtained a total cost of project implementation (MS Project) Rp. 170.193.835.238,00, whereas in the calculation of the RAB obtained Rp. 129.814.858.800,00 to the timing of the project 175 Days.
