Abstract

Abstrak- Struktur baja merupakan alternatif yang digunakan sebagai struktur tahan gempa, karena baja dinilai memiliki daktilitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan struktur beton. Sistem struktur Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF) memiliki kelebihan yaitu membatasi kelelehan geser yang terjadi dengan link pendek. Pada modifikasi perencanaan struktur gedung apartement Bale Hinggil ini digunakan, concrete filled steel tube dan Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF). Perhitungan struktur yang dilakukan pada sistem struktur ini mengacu pada, SNI 03-1729-2002 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Baja Untuk Bangunan Gedung, Badan Standarisasi Nasional”, PPURG 1987 dan SNI 03-1727-2013 “Beban Minimum Untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain”. SNI 03-1726-2012 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Rumah dan Gedung”, dan SNI 03-2847-2013 “Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung”. pemodelan dan analisa struktur menggunakan program bantu ETABS 2015. Dari perhitungan dan analisa yang telah dilakukan diperoleh, yaitu: tebal plat lantai 20 9 cm, plat lantai dan LANTAI LANTAI P1-P3 10 cm, dimensi balok induk lantai WF 450.300.10.16, dimensi balok induk LANTAI LANTAI P1-P3an dan lantai 20 WF 400.300.9.14, dimensi kolom LANTAI LANTAI P1-P3an P1-4 CFT 800.800.25.25, dimensi kolom Lantai 5-18 CFT 700.700.22.22, dimensi kolom Lantai 20 19-20 CFT 600.600.16.16, dimensi bressing WF 300.300.12.12, base plate menggunakan fixed plate BMK-17 dari katalog PT. Gunung Garuda dan panjang element link yang direncanakan 100 cm. Sambungan struktur utama direncanakan dengan baut A325. Pondasi menggunakan spun pile diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 30 m. Sloof ukuran 45x70 cm dengan tulangan utama tarik 10 D22 dan tulangan geser Ø10-250. ======================================================================================== Steel structure is commonly used as alternative for earthquake resistance building, because it has better ductility than concrete structure. Eccentrically Braced Frames has the advantage to reduce shear yield mechanism that happened to short link. This design modification structure of Bale Hinggil Apartment used concrete filled steel tube and Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF). Structure calculations were referred to the SNI 03-1729-2002 "Planning Procedures for Building Steel Structure, National Standardization Agency", PPURG 1987, SNI 03-1727-2013 "Minimum load for Designing Buildings and Other structures", SNI 03-1726-2012 "Resisting Planning Standard from Earthquake for building structure", and SNI 03-2847-2013 "Planning Procedures for Building Concrete Structure, National Standardization Agency". Modelling and structural analysis were performed using ETABS. From the analysis and calculation, the results obtained: the parking floor slab used thickness of 9 cm, the apartment floor and roof slab thickness of 10 cm; the dimensions of the apartement floor beam is WF 450.300.10.16; the dimensions of the parking floor and roof beam are WF 400.300.9.14; the column dimensions of CFT 800.800.25.25 floors for P1- 4, the column dimensions of CFT 700.700.22.22 for floor 5-18, the column dimensions of CFT 600.600.16.16 for floor 19-20; the dimension of the bracing of WF 300.300.12.12; and the base plate using fixed plate BMK-17 from the catalogue of PT. Gunung Garuda. the main structure is planned as a rigid connection with bolt of A325. Foundation design used spun piles with diameter of 60 cm and a depth of 30m. It also has tie beam with size of 45 cm x 70 cm with the main reinforcement and shear reinforcement of 10D22 and Ø10-250 respectively
