Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia berencana membangun kilang minyak baru berkapasitas 300 ribu barel stream day (MBSD) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar. Kilang minyak direncanakan akan dibangun di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur dengan PT. Pertamina selaku kaki tangan pemerintah dengan perwakilan PT. Badak NGL. Dikarenakan akan dibangun kilang minyak baru, maka akan ada aktivitas distribusi dan bongkar muat di terminal khusus milik PT. Badak NGL yang dekat dengan lokasi kilang minyak. Terdapat 3 dermaga yang direncanakan sebagai fasilitas utama distribusi dan bongkar muat untuk curah kering, curah cair dan kargo. Untuk bongkar muat kargo sendiri dilakukan oleh kapal multipurpose di jetty 2. Tipe dermaga kargo yang direncanakan ini adalah jetty dengan metode konstruksi pracetak. Meskipun membutuhkan perhitungan tambahan pada saat perencanaan, akan tetapi metode ini memberikan banyak manfaat pada saat pelaksanaannya seperti kemudahan pengerjaan, efisiensi waktu dan biaya serta keterjagaan mutu struktur pelaksanaan kontruksi. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah menghasilkan detail struktur dermaga jetty 2 sesuai dengan acuan atau standart perencanaan struktur dermaga. Hasil perhitungan dimensi struktur didapatkan : tebal pelat 400 mm, balok melintang 800x1200 mm2, balok memanjang 800x1200 mm2, plank fender 2200x2000x600 mm3, poer tunggal 2000x2000x1000 mm3, poer ganda 4000x2000x1000 mm2. Sedangkan untuk pondasi digunakan tiang pancang baja dengan diameter terluar 1000 mm dan tebal 16 mm. ============================================================================================== The Indonesian government planned to build a new oil refinery with a capacity of 300 thousand barrels stream day (MBSD) to meet the fuel needs. The oil refinery was planned to be built in Bontang, East Kalimantan by PT. Pertamina as the government stooge, along with the representatives of PT. Badak NGL. Regarding the construction of the new oil refinery, there will be a distribution and unloading in the special purpose terminal of PT. Badak NGL near the refinery site. Three ports were planned to be the main facilities for the distribution and unloading of dry bulk, wet bulk and cargo. In addition, the multipurpose vessel loads and unloads the cargo in jetty 2. The type of cargo port which was designed was jetty by using the precast construction method. Even though it requires additional calculations during designing, but this method gives many benefits in the implementation processes, such as the ease of execution, time efficiency, cost, and also the quality maintenance of construction method. The purpose of this final assignment is to design a detailed structure of jetty 2 port according to the references or standard structural designs of the port. Based on the calculation of the structure dimensions, it has obtained the following results: slab thickness 400 mm,longitudinal beams 800x1200 mm2 transversal beams 800x1200 mm2, fender plank 2200x2000x600 mm3, single piers 2000x2000x1000 mm3, double piers 4000x2000x1000 mm2. Meanwhile for foundation is used steel pipe pile with outside diameter 1000 mm and thickness 16 mm.
